Came around 2pm to dine-in. Wasn’t packed at all. Cashier greeted us with a smile and kindly took our order. Food was great. Wife’s cheese fries was a little salty and the shredded cheese didn’t melt too well on top of the cheese sauce but other than that the food and service was great. Mens restroom was decent and smelled fine. Easy parking lot. Huge shopping center lot right behind the restaurant for campers and trailers and trucks. Overall 4.3/5

We decided late on a Saturday night that we wanted a burger. So we piled into our car and went to Wendy’s. The automated AI drive through attendant was a bit odd, but we kinda liked it. We had no issues with the automation. At the window the employee answered a follow up question, she was so friendly! Our food was delicious and timely.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Jen tries to tell customers you can’t get certain items blaming it on AI, when I ordered the same meal the night before in a small, trying to tell me I can’t get a small meal I have to pay for a medium.
I bet if I came at night time when she isn’t there I could get my small meal.
Absolutely rude and ridiculous and then proceeds to close the window in my face. Horrible service. This is a great reason I go here AFTER she leaves.

When we were in the pandemic, we were tolerant of brown or soggy lettuce and apples.
However, yesterday we got two Apple/Pecan salads in the drive thru. Brown lettuce and apple pieces! No excuses for this.
We really like Wendy’s but this needs changed. Please use fresh food.

My brother and I were there yesterday. Avery, was so sweet n helpful taking our order.Also the guy taking care of garbage inside was working his butt off. And very nice.

Went through drive-thru to order nuggets. Instead of the usual person taking my order was met with a fully automated ai system. Told the stupid clanker my order. It put it through. Specifically said 50pc nugget with ghost pepper ranch and barbecue. It didnt correct anything or say they didnt have it. When i got home relized i got scorchin hot sauce and honey barbecue???? Not even close to what I said. Let a real person take my order please. Food was nasty too

Something different about the wendy beef. I am an extremely finicky meat eater and the only beef burgers I will eat for the last 3 years are Wendy’s. For some reason it is the taste and texture I crave. But the last 3 single burgers at 3 different Wendy’s in citrus county, i cluding this one, the beef has had such a n unusually different, not appealing taste & texture, mostly texture for me, that I cannot eat even 1/2 of the burger & Ido mot think I’m gonna try again. The food looked and seemed to be prepared well, fries were hot, and the frostie was superb! Im disappointed, I may reach out to the wendy in the sky……and ask why….

Wendys staff is exceptional even when there were store issues. One drink machine had drinks with no ice, the other was ice with no drinks, low or no carbonation and no ketchup in the dispenser but I’d still say it was a good experience.

Waiting 20 minutes for food is one thing, having 3 cars behind you in line get their food before you is a bit absurd especially when all I ordered were “saucy” nuggets. What is really lame is the fact they’re called saucy nuggets but barely have any sauce on them. When I think saucy (and look at the picture of the ad) I picture every chicken nugget dripping in sauce. These things are so dry it’s pathetic. Would have been better with a sauce pack to just dip in. What’s the point of the sauce on the bottom of the plastic dish if it’s not on the nuggets thick and saucy. Pinch a penny is a pool company not a motto for business. And why is it sometimes I get the buffalo and it has herbs in it but this time it doesn’t like so you just give the people whatever you feel like instead of what they want?! Shameful.
