You would expect at least decent customer service when visiting a fast-food restaurant, but unfortunately that was not the case at this Wendy’s. The customer service was extremely disappointing and by far the worst experience I’ve had at a fast-food location. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the entire visit frustrating! Isaily was the worker that hates her job and needs to find a desk job where she has no human interactions!

**RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH** I was served a raw chicken sandwich. For a restaurant that claims to never freeze their food they managed to get a crispy breading on the outside with completely raw inside. I bit into the sandwich and realized it did not taste right. I started to examine my sandwich more closely and realized it was completely raw. I’ve lost my appetite for Wendy’s forever.

After walking into this Wendy’s, we entered the “line” area and there was a person ordering their food in front of us with the Wendy’s employee who appeared to be manager or assistant manager.The person in front of us finished ordering their food and paid. We then stood there for 30 seconds before the employee looked at us with a blank expression on their face and said “kiosk only” then turned around and walked away abruptly. We just followed her stern command and ordered through the automated kiosk. when they called my order I received an empty beverage cup on my tray even though I ordered iced tea (which is only accessible to the kitchen staff. So I had to wait there to catch the attention of another employee to get my tea! As we were sitting down eating our meal we noticed someone walk into the restaurant, walk right past the kiosk and have their order taken by an employee. I know it might not seem like a big deal but why should we be lied to by your employees? Call me old school if you want (I’m gen z ) but I hate automated technology and would rather speak face to face with a real person. I also want to add that none of the employees looked happy working there and had dry personalities.

Today I went to the Laurel Rd Wendy’s across from my house and had a very bad experience at the drive-thru. The red-haired woman working there was very rude, disrespectful, and didn’t even say “good afternoon.” On top of that, she got my order wrong: I asked for 10 nuggets and when I got home, I found only 3. Really disappointing experience. I hope they improve their customer service, because I like Wendy’s food, but with this kind of treatment it makes you not want to come back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady who took our order was rude taking our order and very snappy and after we paid for our food and got our food we realized there was only one fry after asking for two meals which both comes with fries. When we told her we were missing one she refused to give us another one and shoved the receipt at us.

Went through drive-thru..
Made order with diet coke as drink …informed machine down limiting drinks to blah blah blah…chose lemonade…total 11.55…get to the window…12.4x…guessing “system” upgraded the charge…nice racket…won’t be back.

Staff barely speaks any English. My first visit I had to repeat my order several times and it still wasn’t correct.
My second visit the Lady at the drive thru was rude. I tasted my drink while waiting on my food. It tasted like diet. When I asked for a new one she gave me attitude. She made me a new one and I tried telling her it tasted funny she said “ I don’t know” and shut the window.
What happened to good costumer service? That will be my last visit. And I will share my crappy experience with the assisted living across the street that I work at.
