Jacquie (sp) – window…and Kelly – (Mgr.) were on it!! – .the fastest service “ever” – food was piping hot…delicious and served with a smile…something I rarely see at the “other” Wendy’s I have tried in Ellenton and off 64th… A true breath of fresh air here!

Never gets my drink order correct (gives me a Diet Dr Pepper instead of Barqs). The salad entrees seem to have shrunk in size in the past week, but they are still charging nearly $9 for them. I’m done with Wendy’s.

It’s ridiculous how slow they are, they prioritize the drive thru more then walk in, kept coming up to the register but wasn’t taking any orders and acting like they didn’t see a line of people waiting.

Okay I will just say I will be back as often as I can to get the Queso Fries!! I’m impressed with the price and the cheese being surprisingly delicious plus… they stay good while you drive home. Unlike a lot of drive through meals it tastes not so great at home. I am so pleased with Wendy’s because I’m seeing high prices and food not tasting that great.

Other than being out of Chocolate shakes, this was the best meal from Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Chicken was hot and fresh, cookies were huge and yummy. I need to frequent this location more often.

How can the workers be so slow and not understand that bacon goes on a baconator, I order my baconator meal with no ketchup and no mayonnaise apparently that means no bacon too it’s not hard to read a simple meal I wouldn’t have posted this but apparently no one can answer the phone and own up to it not even a single manager answered and when I pulled up to order there was literally no car in sight this was around 7:20pm to 7:30pm wasn’t busy at all a few cars here and there but it’s ridiculous how I can order a simple meal for one and they still messed up and very unprofessional of the manager to not pick up the 8 phone calls I tried to make to talk things out and say it was alright that it was a mistake but since no one can pick up the phone, yall can literally kick dirt and read a book hopefully yall don’t miss the important parts in that too

Went through the drive thru, ordered with a 3-5 minute wait between every item of the order, paid, then got told they were out of chocolate frosty. I asked for a refund, rather than a substitution, the worker looked at me in disgust and asked “seriously?” And then walked away, came back with the chocolate frosty mix, and, another 10 minutes later gave us our order. If you really were out, why let me pay for it? If you wernt, why lie and complain when I asked for a refund and wouldn’t accept something I didn’t order? Perceptively, its just lazy and blatantly rude. No wonder this location is never busy. You certainly won’t find me there ever again.
