I would give zero stars if I could . Waited in line for 15 mins then was asked to pull up and wait for food after paying for another 10 mins. Now you would assume all food would be hot and fresh at this point, NOPE,,, everything was so bad we tossed the whole order in the trash 33.00 of waste. This place has gone downhill from quality and service. I wouldn’t recommend place is TRASH and could make you sick. I won’t be back , find another Wendy’s.

I don’t know what is up with the Wendy’s franchises around here.
Kiosk was down inside the restaurant so we had to order at the counter. We had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be taken. They had three employees at the drive thru.
After being ignored by all three employees, my husband finally asks a male employee when someone would take our order, the employee told him rather rudely that we had to be patient and wait. Then, after 5 minutes our order was taken by another clerk who seemed annoyed.
AND, before all this transpired the manager was leaving. She didn’t even acknowledge us and apologized for the delay.
If we hadn’t had our two toddler grandkids with us that were hungry we would’ve walked out.
My husband’s ordered Asiago chicken that didn’t even taste like it. Burgers were just ok.

Oh my where do I begin. We have given this Wendys on 53rd and Bradenton a multitude of chances. The most recent I ordered a taco salad. It came with lettuce a few pieces of cheese and that was it no tomatoes, no sour cream no salsa the chili did come. I called and the manager said there were only two people working there and I said that didn’t matter and he hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN. WE HAVE SEEN THEM USE THEIR BARE HANDS WITH THE FOOD, THE CHILI COMES WITH IT SLOPPED ALL OVER THE SIDES SO YOU CAN’T EVEN USE THE CONTAINER. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND HANGING UP ON ME WAS JUST NOT RIGHT. THEY’RE NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY OPEN THAT’S HAPPENED MANY TIMES FOR BREAKFAST. WE’RE FROM OHIO. WE GREW UP WITH WENDYS.

Used the Wendy’s App to order and I drove from Barrington Ridge to do a carry out order. This place was long awaited and is very WELCOME IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!!!
My wife said her Chicken Apple Pecan salad (I’m not sure what the official name is) was the best one she’s had in the entire state of Florida!!
Well here we were in March of 2022 and this location might as well close now and save the owner from being forced out of business. The service is TERRIBLE!! I went last week as well as today and it’s an unorganized mess. Today the man that made my food also was waiting the front counter area. You can only order at the kiosk, go through the drive thru or use the Wendy’s Mobile App. I ordered a Dave’s single add mustard (this blew the guys mind that I wanted mustard on a cheeseburger) as I stood there for almost 20 minutes. I got a large fry and it was absolutely horrible. My large chili was cold and I had to microwave it before I ate it. This is my last trip to this Wendys and it’s very disappointing to say the least because the area I live in is very busy and has limited choices for fast food!!

There’s always an issue with this Wendy’s location, and this will be my last visit to this one. This time, I ordered a large Frosty. Not only has Wendy’s decreased the size of their cups while charging the same or higher prices recently, they also have been skimping on portions. They filled it only 2/3 of the way up this time, and when asked, the lady simply stated, ‘it’s just the way that I fill it.’ I basically paid for a large, but got a medium instead. She was unwilling to top off the cup when I asked her too and was very rude. I would recommend avoiding this location if you can!

I went with my cousins and ordered 3 biggie bags. There was no line when we arrived but it took 15 minutes for the food to be ready and two more people who arrived after us got their food before us. The food was cold, the drink dispenser’s filter was dirty, and the floor was extremely sticky. Wouldn’t come again.

This Wendy’s was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s restaurant. We used the kiosks, then was was ignored by the staff for over 20 minutes. When I asked the staff about our order, they went out of their way to continue to ignore us. We left and went somewhere else. Will never bother to go to that location again.
