I mean it is what it is! One of the better fast-food places to go to if you ask me but they have decent food with mostly nice employees & a very spacious indoor seating area! Not saying it’s anything special but definitely better than McDonald’s even though you can get cheaper food at McDonald’s but at what expense to the body!?! Plus, their Chilli is so good when it’s at its freshest!

You should fire all your staff and start over. How do you mess up orders by giving out wrong burgers? Also forget to do orders completely. You had five customers in the drive thru. You have a screen that tells you what’s next/left to do. I’ll continue my business with Mc Donald’s from here out .

My husband and 2 boys got food poisoning from a burger here. They all started throwing up within 3 hours of eating here. My daughter and I didn’t eat the burgers and we are fine.

Just drove by this morning and found out that they don’t serve breakfast anymore Sunday morning at 10:20 8 February oh this location doesn’t do breakfast anymore. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. I’m never going back to that store and I’m telling everybody to stay away that’s terrible customer service I give them a minus one cause I’m I was a regular customer.

I have never in my life left a bad review for any place even if the quality wasn’t so good but this time I guess I had just had it. I pulled up to the drive through at 9:15 PM October 16th Sunday,first thing I noticed was 3 crewmembers outside. When I pulled up to the speaker, they took about a minute to take my order and I can hear them on the other side of the drive-through. Still outside. The drive-through girl was very nice. She repeated my order back to me so finally after 17 minutes of waiting, I received my food. I’m like oh good this should be fresh!! so after receiving the food, I put the food in the hot bag which I carry with me in case I’m going to grab a bite to eat for my husband and I. When I got home totally different story the food was so cold soggy the fries weren’t filled and they were old cold. I had ordered a triple burger for myself with extra onion and pickle add mustard and instead of using the big meat patties they put 4 small patties on it and no extra onion pickle and no mustard Unacceptable. My husband ordered a crispy chicken bacon burger I requested extra bacon.only had Two slices of bacon. I worked at Wendy’s 9 years ago, so I know how things should be.Overall experience was just terrible and the worst i have ever experienced from a fast food joint. I threw the food away and went to the Wendy’s on Beneva and Fruitville much better service over all and fresh.

Tyler is really unfriendly. I asked how he was and he just said good not even greeting us. we had big expactations because we are from germany and tried wendys the first time. UNBELIEVABLE!

Typically I have a decent experience at this location, but the “chicken nuggets” I received today with my meal are not even edible. Please coach your team on not serving inedible goods to your customers. I placed a mobile order and gave sufficient time to prepare my meal. There was also no line or rush that would justify what I received.

My work is 2 plaza’s over from this Wendy’s, so we visit the location occasionally when we’re getting lunch. Today, I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes because of the horrible inefficiency of the team at this location. When I got to the window, I had to ask the lady to correct 3/4 of the items that I ordered. I shouldn’t have passed judgement and not bothered to look at my drink because instead of a pink lemonade I now have a pink lemonade with quite the serving of whatever seeds or stuff that is in the cup.
In short words, we ain’t coming back here.

We waited from 12:48-1:24 in the fast food lane, with only 4 cars in front of us. The parking lot was not full We ordered a “10 piece nugget meal with a Dr Pepper”. He entered on the screen 6 piece. We corrected him that we asked for a 10 piece. Instead of deleting and correcting, he just added another 4 piece to the screen. We followed up and said “we asked for a 10 piece meal” he answered with the price and to drive ahead. We felt that was odd but whatever. As we approached the window, we expected to see only 1 or 2 people there that day, but it was fully staffed. By the time we drove away and noticed, he had just given us “a la carte” items rather than the meal we asked for. However, fries aren’t worth another half hour of waiting. I was hoping the food was at least somewhat fresh, as we assumed they were behind and making everything as they go. It was not. It had the signature heat lamp chewy stale taste.
I’ve seen other reviews that mention how inefficient this place is. I should have checked before going.
