It’s amazing how bad of reviews this location has and nothing has been done to improve it. I guess calling corporate is the only way to get some sort of assistance. Having this location operated by the staff it has should be an embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. You’d think they want to make change. I ended up not even ordering food and walked out because the staff was so rude. I’ll use my money at another location.

Food was NOT good. Mayonnaise tasted sour. Tables were dirty and some had trash on them. Had enough employees to.clean the tables but none were cleaning.
Am happy for people to work but to have 3 children in the restaurant when you should be working is not appropriate.

After the last couple times of sitting in drive thru forever since lobby was always closed, I decided to give it another chance. To my disbelief the lobby was open!!!! MAJOR improvement now, no more cashiers- only kiosks. It’s got a different feel now, condiments and napkins on the tables in a nice stainless steel holder, the drink machine that has like 1000 options, and one of my favorites- a hand wash station OUTSIDE the bathrooms. (I hate going into bathrooms just to wash my hands- it’s now same concept of PDQ). Food was hot and fresh and came out in very fast time. I’m glad I gave it a second chance

This location is a disaster. 7:00 pm Friday August 15. Looks like a bomb went off but there’s a party going on in the kitchen. Saw one customer walk, in look around, shake head in disgust, and leave. The store design is awesome, but the maintenance is horrible.

We’ve been to this Wendy’s a handful of times; this will be our last. Never have they gotten our order right. We ordered Jr. bacon cheeseburgers, and we received boxes with burger patties, onion, and pickles only. Where’s the bun? The bacon? The cheese?

It’s closed in the middle of the day all the time, when it is open it’s possibly the slowest fast food restaurant in south florida. The inside has never been open only drive through. You could order a full course meal at Carrabas, eat it and get dessert in the time it takes to go through the drive through.

Dining room closed .. order taker rude at drive through . I ask for no bacon on salad .. she was rude says they don’t put bacon on salad unless u ask . I said ok . Receipt says no bacon .. I get home and there bacon crumbles all over salad .
