I wish I could give this place a ZERO negative!!!! From the moment I walked into the Wendy’s I knew this experience would be BAD ALL……The employee’s are rude, and the woman manager Is the WORST representation of Wendy’s. I ordered the 2 JBC biggie bag with no lettuce and tomato. She put it on the sandwich anyways. I ask will they make me another one SHE SAID NO!! I was so calm the whole time waiting there as they were making those orders talking about all the customers and didn’t care if we heard them. The Service is very poor. Not customer service oriented at all. I have never been treated this bad in a fast food restaurant. I was observing them all and listening to them bashing and talking about the customers before me Plus they were saying they had been waiting over 20 minutes for there food. Every employee in that store kept constantly talking about the customers that had left in front of me. And then start it talking about me because I asked to remake my sandwiches. The worst thing is , you have to make your own order at a kiosk as well. And you can’t make custom items plus a lot of things are not on the kiosks. Whoever decision that was. Was the worst decision ever I kept overheard them talking to the other coworkers in the Line. So Unprofessional as i’m waiting for my food. its been about 40 minutes now They all were just standing around talking about the all of us customers even the manager. And she was the only one that was doing the most work , but talking smack while doing it not only did the manager lack proficiency and common sense in understanding a single word I said she just Smirked and shocked her head. And said she does not care. I asked her for the corporate number she says it’s franchised. I had a terrible experience and wendy’s is like one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They were the most rudest and most arrogant employees ever!!!!!!

When I arrived, I thought I was being greeted, but the employee was on the phone. No one attempted to take my order, and I couldn’t use the machine to order either. A lady leaned against the counter for about 10 minutes while she was on her phone. She eventually told another guy to take my order, but he just replied, “Stop playing with me.” I couldn’t believe it!

This is the better of all Wendy’s in the area!
I do not normally go to Wendy’s because of unsatisfactory experiences, but this Wendy’s is top-notch. good food and service was great.

Sat at the drive thru for ten minutes, was greeted very rudely, ordered a vanilla frosty and after I paid they said they only had chocolate which I’m allergic to. They said they couldn’t refund it so I had no choice but to take it, this is the second time this has happened at this location.

First time coming to this location for lunch and both baconator fry orders were as shown here ,whole bacon strips and not diced. The only hot meal I had here was just the sauced nuggets and cheese topping ,the fries were cold and soggy.

I did a third party order through ubereats and even though I was unsatisfied with my delivery I was also unsatisfied with my food. What is the point of letting you choose your toppings if they don’t put it on there in the first place. My fries were old and cold not just from the ride because they were like Frozen when they were given to her. Lol needless to say ordering it through third party and even when I go to this location the service is ridiculous. Laughable even because the managers don’t even care about their job. It’s just a free-for-all nobody really cares about the food and you can tell. I will not be going to this location any longer until things change.

When they first opened the food was great now they skimp and the service is horrible. I rarely go and get someone pleasant over the drive thru. I never in my entire life have been asked “is that it” so many times. When you take orders for a fast food place you should be much more inviting instead of rude. The quality of food is represented in the poor attitudes as well. Who wants baconator fries with three half pieces of bacon and some cheese thrown on a very small amount of fries. I go to other wendys around fort myers and I’m never treated so poorly. Do better. Customer service is key.

Treated me like a criminal. I was trying to order by couldn’t figure out the kiosk and the lady refused to take my order. She said I need to use the kiosk, but I said I don’t know how to and she’s like but you’re under age so I can’t take your order. I said I’m literally 16. I’m just trying to get food.

The service is terrible and slow. They don’t really interact with customers And take their sweet time. They also don’t communicate at all. There was one person in the drive-through, one person waiting and myself and I waited 20 minutes for one item and one drink.

All of the other reviews are correct. Waited in line for over a half hour only to get a poorly made burger. This is a “Dave’s single” with no pickle. Where the ketchup and tomato went, I have no idea. And that’s their idea of lettuce? Wow.
