We pulled up and saw three employees outside smoking, then they ran inside laughing. Whatever I didn’t care, so I ordered my food. Then I noticed cups on the floor, and while I was looking at them, they picked them up and put them back on the stack that’s supposed to be clean. Of course, I called them out, and they just said, “Whatever, I’ll take them out.” Yeah, okay you’re taking those off, but what else do you do when people aren’t looking? This is a food establishment; it should go without saying that they need to take certain precautions when serving people food. Someone really needs to look into the place and conduct some sort of inspection.

Had to make my own order and pick it up….. paying for fast food and having to do everything but cook my own food is crazy. Fries were cold burgers were cold nuggets were reheated too many times. Fryers were going nuts like it was way past time to take them up the whole time i tried to eat . Will not be comkng back again

Bought 6 burgers and fries, it was around 10pm it was slow in the drive-through And I still had to wait about 10 minutes for my food and when I got everything, it was cold. All the burgers were cold and so were the fries. Bad service. I usually never have a problem at this location.

Went to this location 22 hours after a Florida everblades game for the free frosty promo, stated that they scored the first goal and to go to any SWFL location up to 24 hours after the game to redeem. Went inside and couldn’t get anyone to talk to us so resorted to the drive thru. Took 10 minutes just for the girl to say “we’re not participating” and was like huh???? What the heck yall do better

This location was not good at all. Three different signs said the lobby was open until midnight, but at eleven p m. it was definitely locked up tight. I waited in the drive thru line for over fifteen minutes for 3 burgers, and I was the only person in the entire place. This was on a friday night during season. Maybe try a different location

I declared my mobile order on the speaker and was told to pull up. I waited in line 10+ minutes. Once i got to the window nobody knew where my order was and was accused for “just pulling up without saying anything”, There was attitude from the girl who worked window, 10/3 @11:20pm. For some reason it’s okay to be passive aggressive and slam the slide window in the customers face. I was then told to pull around the front of the store. i waited 10 more minutes and they gave everyone in the line their food before someone walked out and gave me mine.

Okay this is the new location for Wendy’s it actually looks amazing very nice a modern look, very thing looks good, very clean so let’s hope it stays that way we’ll see how the services is, not bad at all but a little bit crazy but that’s because they just opened on Wednesday, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Let’s hope that it stays that way because the one on Cape Coral Pkwy East is not that good you can definitely use it a new makeover that’s for sure. I would definitely be making more visits to this place because I like this versus McDonald’s Taco Bells but who can’t resist a good Whopper though, I do wish the best for this location, it will depend on a good team and good management is what going to make or break this store.

I was just at this location I ordered my food at the drive-through I ordered a number one The girl didn’t even ask if I wanted a medium or a large or a small I asked for a medium Diet Coke and I got a small Diet Coke. I was very disappointed tonight and the person was named Haley. She didn’t ask if I wanted a single double triple and I had no ice in my drink. I’m never coming to this location ever again very disappointed.

Everything was good, however person making the sandwiches was working all areas on her own while others were talking in the back. She had to keep yelling I need meat. The restaurant was clean.
