Don’t ever visit this Wendy’s. I travel the southeast United States and this was the slowest drive-thru line I have ever experienced. It officially set back my commute by 25 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me when I ordered. Then they could not fill my drink order or my Frosty order, which is a problem because it was a mobile order and they said they did not know how to refund anything for a mobile order. So after changing and accepting different choices for those items I waited even longer. On my commute through Florida I will definitely not be stopping at this location anymore.
Update, does anyone have any suggestions on how to eat a frosty without a straw or spoon? Do I just let it melt until it’s liquefied and then I can drink it?
Update: Heading back over to the east coast for a business trip again this week, the latest photo is showing me driving right past this Wendy’s and never stopping there again. I’m actually waiting another 70 mi to stop at another location that is actually open for business and not pretending to be

Absolutely run from this Wendy’s because the employees will test your good faith and patience. They’re rude have zero customer service skills and think that they’re above getting fired at 12:02 door was closed so you can’t go in to complain there is no good morning good afternoon or anything. It’s not about the money it’s about customer service skills and this place clearly lacks it!

Absolutely horrible. Walked in and no one was in the kitchen or counter and no customers in sight not even the drive thru. Employee finally came and said be with you in a moment and took her 10 minutes and then said that they were busy, a male employee came out and told her we were there and she said they can be patient, we finally ordered, 2 sandwiches and 3 fry’s, we ordered at 8:31 and did not receive our food until 8:59

Waited in line for 20 min. Stop using Ai, it was wrong. Poor guy at the windows had to wait to fix my order another 10 min. The line was backed up. I should have checked my order because it was all wrong. Not enough help.

Absolutely RUN from this Wendy’s! Take some extra time and find a different location. Total wait time just to get food through drive through was approximately 20 minutes with only a few cars in front of us. On top of the long wait for food, I ordered two junior frosty’s and made them aware that I had the “Boo Bucks” coupons to receive them free. My order total didn’t seem right and the little girl in drive through read my order to me and I told her I had the coupons and she even took them from me and threw them up to the side of her. Well again….instead of me stupidly not checking twice, the receipt before leaving out drive through, I pulled around to see I was still charged for the Frostys and even though she had taken the coupons. Well, my son goes in to either get a refund or the coupons back. The so called manager gave him a refund for ONE FROSTY! We checked bank and one was immediately refunded and nothing else. He goes back in and again the “manager” who was already frustrated because of ALL sorts of people inside because of MESSED UP orders! Finally got refunds correct……. 40 minutes for a drive through order ….. RUN RUN

The employees are rude, we ordered three meals with and an extra spicy chicken. Only one meal was correct. I had ordered a regular chicken meal with a sweet tea. Was given a spicy chicken and a sprite. No fries. We thought we would give it a second try after not receiving our mobile order a couple months ago and witnessing the manager come out of the store throwing screaming fit. Corporate definitely needs to check Lake Wales locations. This is ridiculous

I wish I could leave zero stars this Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to I said in the drive-through line 30 minutes before I had any service and this automated board system they have is a joke either close this Wendy’s down and put something up in its place. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. 5 employees standing around absolutely doing nothing with no customers in the drive thru and 2 customers in the loby. We waited 20 minutes before they even started cooking the order. Manager was in here office scrolling social media the entire time. Horrible management with no direction.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a double bacon cheeseburger, with a hi-c and lemonade I got home amd looked at my food neither got bacon?? Can the employee not read or sum? And the hi-c tasted like sugar water. Made us wait 5 mins to give a nothing burger and diabetes in a cup
