The servers were extremely kind when we were in the store around noon. They saw I was very pregnant and went out of their way to go and above and beyond by bringing my order to me in the store. They showed such kindness with not just their words and smiles but actions too. They did an excellent job with their food as well.

If they had zero stars, that would be better. Extremely slow service, with orders taking 20 minutes plus to get done. Bathrooms not cleaned, floors are sticky, and most of the tables full of trash and debris. The ownership should be visited by the Franchisor and stripped of their franchise rights. Been to several Wendy’s and most are very good. This is one of the worst run restaurants I’ve ever seen.

I recently stopped by this Wendy’s for a to-go order and had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and the service was relatively fast, which I appreciated. I ordered a Son of Baconator, a full Baconator, a chicken sandwich, and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger.
The Baconators were spot on—fresh, hot, and just what you expect when craving a hearty burger. Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for the chicken sandwich and the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Both had noticeably stale buns, which was a real letdown. One of the things I usually enjoy about Wendy’s is their soft, fresh buns—they elevate the whole meal—so biting into dry, stale bread was an unpleasant surprise.
Overall, the visit was quite a disappointment due to the inconsistency in food quality. When everything’s fresh, Wendy’s delivers. I just hope this was a one-off and not a sign of slipping standards.

The food was delicious. We went through the drive-through and at this Wendy they use Ai. and it didn’t understand my free frosty. We had to make some changes when we pulled up to the window. There was some issue with the car that was 2 cars in front of us so we waited in line for 15 minutes before we could begin to pull forward. When we got to the window the young man was very kind and completed the order corre try. He did not give me the correct amount of change, but quickly corrected his error.

This Wendy’s establishment is great. The customers are attentive and cooperative with the guest. The lines are never too long and the speed of service is adequate. Genuinely pleasing to dine in and the interior is kept well cleaned. I certainly recommend if you like Wendy’s. Oh! The Bourbon Barbecue bacon burger ACTUALLY looks like the picture when you receive it!

I visited here yesterday. Family of seven so fairly big order.
I ordered a kids meal – cheeseburger but I got chicken nuggets instead. No trouble on changing it to the burger. They said sorry for the mistake.
It was very busy with online orders which I think where the mixed ups started to happen as other customers was getting impatient, causing the atmosphere to be abit tense.
Over all good was good. Staff was good to me.
