Place an order for a chicken sandwich It came with a steel nut baked in the bread. When I showed the manager, he pulled it out, took a picture, and then called his general manager at which point I was accused of placing it there. Conversation went downhill after that went home and called corporate Wendy’s and it has now been four days with no response. I believe this must be the worst customer satisfaction I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Chili was watered down and nasty. To far to drive back to complain but was ridiculous. Even tastes watered down.

I have never rated a fast food restaurant before but I felt the need to with this one. Today was the third and final time I’ll go there. I kept giving them chances even though every time I’ve been I had to wait 20+ minutes only for them to get my order wrong. Last time I was there, when I finally got to the window, they handed me my frosty and asked me to pull up because the chicken had 3 more minutes. About 10 minutes later, they come out with my food and forget my drink. I ask for my drink… they bring it with no ice another 3 minutes later. By this time my frosty is melted and I get home to find they gave me a single burger instead of the double I paid for.
Today I go (thinking I’ll give them one more chance) and once again Im in the drive thru waiting for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the window, pay, wait another 5+ minutes for my food. I check the burger to make sure it’s right. It’s right this time, great…I’m thinking they finally got it. I get home and get everything out and pull out my Cobb salad to find out they didn’t put any chicken or bacon on it. So my $9 lunch consisted of a bowl of lettuce, cheese, egg, and tomato. Didn’t think to check the salad because last time I was there I asked for no tomato and they told me they couldn’t do that because the salads are pre made. Absolutely terrible service every single time and I will not go back.

Staff is always willing to help with my son’s food allergy. He has a severe dairy allergy and they always offer to drop fresh food for him in order to make sure there’s less chance of cross contamination. I will gladly drive past other Wendy’s in order to get to here. Thank you so much!

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Cinnabon pull apart cups. Get to the window. They run my card. THEN tell me they don’t have the icing. Super simple job and still can’t be done. Won’t be returning

We ordered 2 chicken nugget kids meals. We waited nearly 20 minutes to get the food. Then when we got the food neither kids meal had the nuggets in them. So the bags only had fries and a toy. So we pulled around and went inside where the manager began arguing with my wife about how she bagged the food herself and everything was in the bag. Clearly it wasn’t, then an employee in the background wanted to say “some people just want to run a scam”. This is what happens when you allow poor leadership in a restaurant.

I went thru the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. I ordered the first (on their AI system), started to order the 2nd, but the AI interrupted me, before I could finish, to ask if I wanted anything else. So, I finished my order. Then it added 2 more sandwiches for a total of 3. Arggg! I had to start all over. The drive thru person said I did it wrong. Huh? No, the AI system is not working right. Then she let my change fly all over the parking lot. I was too close to the wall to get out and she didn’t offer to do anything about it. No “oh no” or “sorry” or “I’ll take care of that.” And I got back to the hotel and one sandwich was wrong and they didn’t give me any napkins.

My experience at night is horrible. I can spend 30 minutes or more at the drive-thru. The last time I was honking and no one answered. Their excuse was, “I never heard you or your horn,” and they sent me back. I told them no and stayed at the window. I went back another time, and they close the door at 9:15. When asked, they say they’re closed, but they don’t answer the drive-thru either. I recommend district managers check back at night so they can notice and suspend employees and team leaders.
