Not happy about the Biggie Bag changes. They used to be $4-6 for four items. Now. The $4 one only has two items. If you want what you had in the old $4 version, it is now 50% more. They are advertizing this as new. It’s just less is more. Costs can’t have gone up that much. It is less disguised as more. Bad choice, Wendy. I can get a better burger at Culver’s and soft serve in a kid’s meal.

The service was okay, I mean I have worked in a fast food I was even a manger so I know it isn’t easy, but I will mostly not eat here again, I was really craving Wendy’s and I was so excited when my husband brought me Wendy’s buy from the start something was wrong and my husband knew that when I sense something I end up finding it. I bought three burgers they were all raw. Perfectly cooked in the outside the edges but the middle completely pink and every burger got pinker. Like I could get sick from this and it literally just happened tonight, if I get sick i will be sooo mad and this ain’t gonna stay like this.

Worst customer service ever. We decided to go into the establishment due the long wait in the drive thru. There’s no signs letting the customers know that you have to use a kiosk that was almost hidden in store. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged, having to flag an employee down simply to tell us that we need to go to the kiosk behind us so we left. Also when I order online, I’m always missing items I paid for.

Service was slow. Most employee I’ve ever seen behind the counter at a Wendy’s and slow service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a number 11, Fries were cold and flavorless but the chicken bacon sandwich was pretty good. Wife wasn’t really hungry so ordered a chicken salad which she said was good. Tables and chairs needed attention as well as the floors. We were in the Wendy’s for an hour and didn’t see any employee walking around cleaning anything.

Slowest service of all fast foods in the morning lol. Been waiting for 20 min for them to make Bacon because it wasn’t even ready. Literally the only meats on the menu are sausage and bacon, but they don’t have it ready… yikes. So much for fast food.

Hello!!! Sooooo, my boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru to order the 50 pack of nuggets. The employee let us know they could not make the order for us because they did not have the plastic container. Something told me they were not being honest. Placed the order through mobile right after going to the drive-thru and guess what magically appeared?? Yep, the nugget container. So don’t let them fool you, they have the container, they just don’t want to make all 50 nuggets.

The person at the window forgot to give me back my debit card I had to GO in and get my card back, and so happens food was ready, but I upsized and that was wrong! One little thing threw the person off her service game..smh.
