Went there at 11:30 am Friday. Four cars in the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes – line never moved. I parked and went inside. Stood T the counter for another 5 minutes. Nobody stepped up to take my order. While standing there I watched the drive up window and nothing was passed through. No cars were served. 5 employees and no customers were served for over 10 minutes.
I left and went to Culver’s. Next time I will just go there first and save myself the hassle.

Wendy’s WTH! This is my local Wendy’s and have never had an issue first of all the time it took to get two single things in an order outrageous. And second my baconator fries had 3 little drops of cheese sauce and two pieces of bacon. All I wanted to eat was the fries so thanks I guess. I’m not even kidding I have a picture.

I was on a DoorDash delivery and the order was ready in under two minutes, correct and hot !! Update this was not the case today but it was the 4th of July and I had to wait 14 minutes after being told that my order was ready !

I order a Spicy Asiago Chicken Club and this is what I get on it- lettuce, tomato, and 5 pickles, that’s it!!!
1. I have never seen pickles on a chicken sandwich at Wendy’s
2. Where’s my Bacon
3. Where’s my Cheese
4. Where’s my Ranch
I paid 13 dollars for this meal and this is what I get?
I got a 7 dollar meal!
Whoever was making the sandwiches today (4-6-25 @ 6:30PM) needs a refresher course or needs to be retrained on what goes on what.

Pulled up to order menu at 11:12 pm
21 minutes till I reached window to pay with only 2 cars in front of me.
At 11:12 pm I’m told can only take my order if I’m paying Cash.
After paying no receipt was offered and first request for receipt was ignored, second time I got one.
I needed the receipt so I could be reimbursed for our night shift lunch.
Seems fishy.

I think the employees were more interested in yakking with each other then doing there jobs! 3 or 4 at the drive thru window talking.
The young lady that took the order didn’t really seem like she was there: repeated my order numerous times. 1st Fries OLD, 2nd better. The Bacon Burger was flat.
There’s a Newer looking location several miles South of this location, Looked Newer and was packed! This one had no customers but myself when I arrived.
