Don’t eat here, they get your order wrong, the food is nasty, and the employees seem to have ADHD. The cashier takes part of your order and then walks off.

My Dave’s Craft Lemonade had a very funny taste to it and when went to talk to the manager she was rude and walked away from me in the middle of my sentence and when I did change my drink Many drink options were not available. My food was decent at best and My Mother’s Dave’s Burger was bland and greasy and made her nauseous for a good while not to mention her and some of the people I came with got cold fries. Will not be returning to this location if I come back to visit the Tampa Area (Visited Friday June 16 12:30)

Bad customer service and horrible food and my son’s lemonade smelled and tasted like egg. He went back to get another drink and the manager had a bad attitude and ignored him at first , continued whatever conversation she was having with the worker, which didn’t sound too important. Too much chatting between the workers and not enough customer service.

The Dave’s Single burger I received was cold, the bun was hard and dry around the edges. There were no napkins in the bag and the napkin dispenser by the soda machines was empty as well. The dining room area was in need of a cleaning.

Waiting in the drive through 10 minutes before being told they were having shift change and it would be a long, long time before my order was ready. Here’s some advice. The drawers should be ready for the oncoming crew to count and sign for. Boom, done. The off going shift has to remove their drawers and take to the back for the manager to count. Boom, done. Everyone else leaves when their replacement shows up. Stagger your people 10-15 minutes apart so it’s not chaos all at once. Seems this would be a streamlined process after all these years in business. Since it isn’t, have a sign made that says you’re doing shift change and it will be a while instead of wasting people’s time.

I had some trouble with my order on Monday morning for myself and 3 coworkers. 3 out of the 4 orders were messed up in some way. Today, though when I called back, (never got a call from the manager on Monday afternoon or yesterday), the lady that I spoke with was wonderful and said she would replace all 3 meals in full. I didn’t even have my tec3uky due to that it was was 2 days later. Everything was freshly made and absolutely delicious!!!!! Great customer service!!

Horribly managed and really unorganized. I’m currently disability and have seeing problems I can’t drive so coming from my eye doctor I had the Uber driver go out of his way to help me get food. We went through the drive thru took about 15 mins just to get to the speaker to order. I ordered a large chilli and a spicy ranch chicken asiago meal. I get to the widow pay and then is handed a bag I look in it and just see the sauces I go to ask if everything was in the bag and the lady had left and nooneelse answered. Instead of waiting we just drove off and I was dropped off . I settle and open my bag there’s no chili! So I procede to open the sandwich it looked funny my eyes were dialated and I bite to this burnt tasting sweet horrible sandwich. I call to complain and get the manager in training who was very nice but couldn’t assist me. The actual manager answers the phone very rude “whats the problem” I let her know about my condition and Ii can’t get around and drive back do to my illness and disability she said she couldn’t do aanything could void or cancel I was out of my money if I didn’t come back. I spimply asked for the corporate number and was hung up on rudely. I found the number online and report her and was refunded my money thank God they helped. The le lack of customers service and compassion makes this place a definite don’t go for me unless management changes.

The manager here was absolutely rude. My fish sandwich had broken fish pattie that looked like somebody dropped it on the floor and picked the broken pieces up and put them on the bun. I asked for that to be replaced. The rude manager asked the cook why I couldn’t eat that. The guy at cashier was nice but wore a dirty hoodie and his hands were filthy. I liked Wendy’s Fish sandwich and was looking forward to this season. All the Wendy’s restaurants I went to in the past had nice employees and were never this dumpy and filthy. Complete disappointment. Will never come back.

First time at this location I went thur the DT waiting 20 minutes in line I was sooo hungry anyway the service was very Slow but when I receive my food I started eating the fries and they where piping Hot then I said to myself it was worth the wait.
