I enjoy Wendy’s breakfast options. Before I moved to Brandon from Pennsylvania, I would often go to my local Wendy’s to get coffee and one of their sandwiches. Today I went for the first and last time to this Wendy’s location for breakfast. I didn’t have to wait long to get my order (albeit I had to park and wait for them to bring it out, as opposed to the drive thru like I asked for in the app). I asked for a large coffee with three half n’ halfs. I was handed a large coffee CUP that was half filled with coffee, and three half n’ half cups were thrown into my food bag, instead of put into my coffee like one obviously should do. I was also given sugar, which I did not ask for. The food is fine, no problem there. But I shouldn’t have to put the creamer in myself if I’m ordering a coffee with said cream in it, that should be a no-brainer. I’ll be going to the Dunkin Donuts next door instead from now on. Oh, and their drive thru uses AI which is another point docked. Hopefully their lunch is better, if you decide to get it.

Almost charged me for the wrong order, but was corrected. I ordered a double baconator with a large fry and dr pepper, the fries were barely full and the drink taste watered down, and I got a single patty cheeseburger with zero bacon. Its poring rain and I ain’t going back to fix it, make sure to check everything before leaving this wendys. Workers begged for higher wages but can’t even do the minimum. Honestly just sad, id rather driver further to a different location next time I think about Wendy’s.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Wendy’s left me really disappointed. I tried their breakfast sandwiches, and the food quality was terrible. The sandwich tasted stale, the egg was overcooked, and the bacon was cold and rubbery. It honestly felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served.
For the price, I expected something at least fresh and decent, but this was nowhere near what I’d consider acceptable. Wendy’s really needs to step up their breakfast game because right now, it’s not worth the money or the trip.

Hands down best Wendy’s! Food is always ready when I order ahead. If something is missing or messed up, they are happy to fix it. If I could suggest anything would be more greetings and smiles in the drive thru. The ladies in the drive thru are kind and it goes a long way. After a long day at work, rush to pick up kids then grab food, you ladies are so sweet. I truly appreciate it.

Came to this location late. 12pm. They have a hour left of service. And as a former food accociate. I know what this feels like when trying to prepare to leave for the eavening. Was scheptical seing the crew chillin in the dinning areah, but was l wrong! Very paicent ordering experience giving no line so no time for the wife to pre oder haha! Then they jumpped into action and had us paid with all 4 drinks ready. 2 sodas and 2 frostys one being a special item offered currently (oreo whatever its called). Then food maybe 60 sec later. In and out flawlessly in 4 min. Great job!

So unfortunately I purchased a Biggie bag the fries had no salt, the chicken nuggets were hard but the worst thing was the chicken sandwich tasted like card board and the drinks were not filled to the top as usual. They said they ran out of drinks. So overall bad service, a refund would’ve been appropriate

The worst. I haven’t had Wendy’s in a minute. I went while my ma was in Walmart they had me pull up and park due to making fresh meat. I waited and waited 12 minutes. My burger was cold and pink inside the cheese wasn’t melithe overall sandwich was cold!!!! What did I wait for and I didn’t have time to go bk. The worst.

I am very understanding when businesses are a bit overloaded with demanding customers. I was very respectful when I had to let them know when they did not include any of the nugget orders I put in. Usually as long as it is a quick fix I would never complain, but when the other half of my order is triple burgers and all I have is singles….. it makes sense why when I was in the store multiple people were yelling at the staff. While I don’t condone aggressive behavior. customers are paying for a service that this location is constantly struggling to provide.

Weird encounter today, I came through the drive thru out and was asked to drive around again and get back in line to get my order because they are on a timer?!? Anyway anytime I wait I’m thinking hot fresh fries but no, everything in the bag was cold. 🙁
