It genuinely feels like the people working here are actively trying to make customers sick. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches last night and only realized after biting into them that they were RAW. RAW CHICKEN.
Either the staff here is trying to give people food poisoning or they don’t understand how hazardous this sort of behavior actually is. Judging by all the other reviews for this location, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the former. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

Ordered two double stacks. Came on old crusty patties, with one pickle, one single strand, of onion and no mustard.
Also the employees were complaining and swearing at each other at the window while we were trying to pay.
This is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Needs to be shut down.

I went 15 minutes ago. Ask for a son of baconator sandwich and a #1 double with coke. The girl in the drive thru didn’t give me a receipt. Pay more than $18 and when I got home there’s no son of baconator sandwich at all. When I called they say that I have to go back in person! Driviy15 minutes there with this cold. No way! I will never go to this Wendy’s again! Enjoy your free baconator that should be lying right there alone!

I visited this place around 6:30 PM and ordered chicken tenders, which is fairly new on the menu. When I pulled up to the window, they told me it would take six minutes. I was a little upset, but a Cook overheard my conversation and calmly said it should only take 3 to 4 minutes that he already put them in the fryer. They asked me to pull off to the side and wait and when he delivered the food to my vehicle, he was very apologetic and very nice while serving me my food. I was very pleased with the way this kid took his time to remain calm and professional, while I might have seemed upset about how long it would take to order fast food. Not too often do you see this situation occur while ordering fast food. Congrats to the managers and the staff that maintain this protocol because there were several employees that remain calmand try to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. I would definitely feel good about visiting this fast food chain in the future.

On 1/17/26, I purchased food here for the second time, and unfortunately it was just as disappointing as my first experience. The food was unpleasant, and my order was made incorrectly. I will not be ordering from here again. I also did not feel comfortable requesting a correction due to the manager—an older woman with short hair—who had a very bad attitude. Additionally, I strongly dislike the AI order taker. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I placed a pickup order today, and when I picked it up, not only was my food cold, but it was also incorrect. My order was missing sauces, and instead of regular chicken nuggets, I received three spicy nuggets. I was not informed they were spicy before giving them to my children, who have milk allergies. Spicy nuggets contain milk, which could have caused a serious allergic reaction.
Additionally, the young lady at the drive-through window was laughing and horsing around. She handed over the drinks and bags without any professionalism.
Due to this experience, I will never return to this location again.

Ordered at 9:45 ish pm on Monday January 19th, who ever was running the night shift, headset and food maker was extremely lazy and unprofessional, I ordered 3 Jr sandwiches and EVERY SINGLE ONE was made half ass and wrong, one of the sandwiches was SOAKED in grease/oil, outside wrapper included, and 2 were old and cold. It is not hard to do the job youre paid to do, but these little kids cut corners and just make whatever the hell they want to apparently, thinking someone won’t come back, now youve wasted EVERYONES time and money in the process, just wasting ingredients because they couldn’t simply do their job the first time. Also, psa, your employee on headset shouldnt be seen from the Walmart parking lot on their phone, cause I just KNOW she didnt wash her hand before handling orders, this location also isnt the cleanest or prettiest, go clean something.

Horrible food and service! Every single time I’ve gone to this location they have messed up my order. Also, there has always been at least one item in my orders that is cold by the time it gets handed to me by the employee. When the General Manager gets involved in customer complaints, she is very rude and condescending to the customer, speaking with a heavy attitude and rolling her eyes at every valid complaint. I’ve seen her handle other customer’s complaints , too. At least she’s consistent. She doesn’t resolve the issues at hand, she treats the customers like they are stupid, and she doesn’t take ownership of the unprofessional way that restaurant is being run. She either needs to be fired, demoted, or she needs a refresher course on how to be a manager.

Mostly all of us have visited a Wendy’s among others eateries. I rarely eat fast foods, but today I wanted something different, so Wendy’s was my choice. The store was empty of dine-in customers giving me a quick in & out. Of course employees are trained to be friendly & courteous to customers but these employees were nice making me feel at home. Only ordered a double Dave’s burger. Didn’t take a photos of food, the burger was okay so just took pictures of the place because of it’s cleanliness & friendly staff.

Hair in my sandwich today, cold fries and staff. As a family, we probably go to Wendy’s at least once a week. It’s a childhood favorite but this location has the worst attitudes and the food is cold. I have never been treated like I am a bother. Let your staff know that I appreciate them! Now I made up my mind… now I’m done with Wendy’s. It will be better for us anyways. I will just cook at home. Thanks for your disgusting food and attitudes!
