I had a very bad experience at this location. The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and after being sent to wait in the parking lot, they still brought the wrong food. I specifically ordered without cheese because I am allergic, yet they included it in my order, which is very dangerous. The customer service was poor, and the handling of my order was unacceptable. I will never come back here and do not recommend this place due to their bad service.

This Wendy’s uses AI in the drive-thru. It sucks!!!! Doesn’t work and had to give our order twice and it messed it up. We then had to give our order twice at the window. Horrible experience!!! Wendy’s- allow your employees to take orders!!! The level of frustration was obvious for the customer and employees.

I ordered 5 spicy nuggets with strawberry lemonade. They gave me regular nuggets and regular lemonade. I had to ask them to switch and the lady at the drive through gave me a nasty look and was so rude.

From July 23, I was told I would receive a gift card , I just now got it. I live 2 hours away from this location. I had to drive here to get it. Please consider choosing an alternative establishment, as this one may not provide the best value for your time and financial resources. Additionally, please be aware that they have reduced operating hours during weekdays, and there is a technical issue with the ordering monitor that may result in inaccuracies with your order.
They Had no frosty they cleaned the machine. They had no lemonade they cleaned it, had no dr pepper, fries were cold and had salt when we asked for no salt fries. They gave just pepper packets when we asked for salt. They gave a coke with ice when i asked for it to have no ice. They closed at 1230 even though they advertise 230 and then wouldn’t answer the phone for a month!.. when i got in contact they took my name, number , AND ADDRESS, not once , twice, on separate occasions in promise to give me a gift card to make up for it.
I needed to see my family in Ruskin so I was near the wendys, figured I get food and the gift card I was told I would receive.
The manager Daryl took my order. Both my husband and I said no tomato’s as I’m highly allergic, I asked for lettuce on the sandwich and on the side. When I received it -it had no lettuce and it had tomatoes, they’re were lettuce on the side though.
When I brought it to their attention Daryl the manager made it over and gave me the card thank you. However the staff , not sure of her name, the lady with the orange hair, was laughing, and staring at me through the TV screen and the back room, while chatting with her coworker. How unprofessional. It made me have anxiety … I won’t be going back, again I advise you just to go to another wendys. It’s not worth your money..

This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant in the area. I have never really given a bad review before not only was the food they gave me cold, they were so rude it was incredible. Never going back, 12.00 per meal missing items and cold is a joke.
