Order was wrong 3 times when the So called manager refunded my money and told me to leave after I asked if the could please get my order right. . I left with no food. Emailed corporate.
I was contacted and asked to meet with the manager on the following Thursday. I made the trip to Plant city all for the manager, AL McDonald to not show up. The employee on duty called him and his response was comp my meal. And he would contact me later…. Never did!. It’s been 2 weeks since he missed the appointment He made with no contact. Seriously displeased!

Fountian machine ice maker not working. Several soda flavors out on the fountain machine. Condiments out and no apparent urgency in getting orders filled. Not a great experience. Wendy’s can do better and they should do better!

Walk in service is slow, seems they can only handle one order at a time at the counter.
Secondly, my bigger issue, hey Wendys, don’t I pay enough for your cheaply produced food? Why do I have to pay EXTRA just because I’m not a 3 year old and don’t like ketchup? Why do I have to pay extra at all for my condiment of choice, BBQ, muchless when I’ve actually ordered nuggets??

No one in front of me but someone order before me they got their food before me had me pull forward and had me wait for over 10 min for a medium biggie bag chicken BLT for what !??? I’m not my damn break not trying to waste it by sitting in one spot not eating makes no sense! Killing my time !

I decided while I waited for my son to finish a school event, I would stop and get Wendy’s as a treat for my bday. Was welcomed immediately by a gentleman behind the counter, who was busy but said they would be right with me. He took my order and was extremely friendly, I got my food super fast. It was hot and tastes amazing!!!!!

If there was an option for zero stars, id choose it. Pulled through drive through, waited literally 10 mins. NOBODY answered. I pulled up to the window, they looked at me and walked away. There were about 5-6 cars in the drive through and every single one had drove off. This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to!

If I could give this zero stars I would. This evening was my second time coming to this Wendy’s and sitting at the drive-through for 5+ minutes waiting for somebody to take my order. The first time I decided to just pull away frustrated, today I pulled up to the window to see if maybe something was broken and the intercom wasn’t working. When I pulled up, I counted six or seven employees inside, one of them being the manager as he was close enough for me to read his tag. They avoided eye contact at the window until I frustratingly pulled away. This Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and in a small town like this, poor service will close this place down. While I was there, multiple people pulled away that were waiting. Easily 5 customers. Just save your frustrations and go elsewhere.

Need better outdoor lighting entering and exiting. Food was fresh and coke Freestyle beverage area lacked choices. Easy ordering on mobile app was a smooth experience.

I put in an order online and since the line in the Drive-Thru was long I changed the pickup method. Somehow my order got canceled so they didn’t have it anymore and the employee didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to place it inside. Great job!

This location says it opens at 6:30am. We stopped at 7:15am to pick up our food. The doors were locked and we were told we couldn’t use the restroom or wash our hands. We will not return to this location.
