From the moment you walk in, it’s clean and comfortable The staff was friendly and took my order at the counter I didn’t have to use the machines. I want to give Alreny they shout out she made our visit extremely wonderful. She brought the food to our table. She gave us crafts and we just had a great time. The food was perfect by the way.

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time , this location was great today and I really appreciated all their patience.
Nahlai & another great person helped me , they even gave me napkins to wipe my door as it was pouring at the time !

Ordered a fish sandwich and medium frosty to go as wife was in a nearby rehab facility whose guest cafeteria was closed on Sunday, March 8. Figured I would grab and go to have lunch with wife as the patients were served. While I left in plenty of time to get back, the service was so slow that she had finished eating by the time I crossed the parking area that the facility and Wendys adjoin, less than 75 yards apart. Only one employee at Wendys appeared to be assembling the sandwiches. Additionally, on arriving at my wife’s room I found the fish to be unfit to eat. It appeared to have been fried on a day prior and the fish was grey, not white. If it had been placed in a heater after frying, it was way past its discard date. On the other hand the frosty was good but quite melted as I noticed it sitting on the prep counter for some time which had prompted me to ask about what was holding up the fish sandwich. Ladle me less than pleased.

Terrible experience, food was cold and poorly prepared, asked for my breakfast burrito to be warmed up and was told there was no way and looked at me like I was the problem because I wanted a warm burrito that I paid for. Our tray was filthy, no one at the counter, had to wait. Will never eat at this Wendy’s or any Wendy’s ever again.

Very friendly service. My mom really enjoyed her breakfast. We went through the drive thru. She ordered one of the frosty coffee drinks in addition to her meal. She liked everything. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. The girl at the pick up window was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Drink machine is nasty. Most of the soda on the machine is dried up so it’s been sitting for a long time. Floors are slick like they mop the floor with the same mop as the kitchen. Floor is dry but very very slippery. Seats and tables are clean. The men’s bathroom floor is even worse. It’s dry but extremely slippery like it’s covered in grease. There is a leak in the roof and water leaking onto the floor in one spot. Unmarked and waiting for someone to slip. Very disappointing to see a full staffed store with 2 customers and it’s in this condition. Probably going to be my last time at a Wendy’s.

I have been to this location twice and both times I had to wait over 10 minutes after ordering at the drive thru. Not so fast food. On top of that, they’ve yet to get my order right. Adding mayo when I ordered no mayo & missing drinks.

I recently visited this Wendy’s twice. The first time everything was cold and old except the fries. Then I got a call from Jessica, the manager, who said, “Come in for a replacement meal.” So I did yesterday evening. Got the homestyle crispy chicken sandwich and a medium fry. The picture is to try to show how old and dried out the chicken was. The fries were fine, but lucky if they were filled ½-⅔ of the way. This will no longer be my go to Wendy’s location, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone either. The manager tried to make it right, but it’s apparent they don’t care about serving hot and fresh food. Don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s a shame.

53 mins to get food for 2 adults and 2 kids! No sorry. No effort to make it right. Rude girl at the counter. This place straight up sucks. I dont expect much from a fast food restaurant but they failed to meet even the lowest of expectations.
