Got a mobile order on Sat 8/30 at 9:30 am to pick up via drive thru. Lady was literally in the parking lot and asked me to park in front of the door and gave me the coldest sandwiches ever. I know this is not a 5 star restaurant but I always get at least a warm sandwich with melted cheese

The workers here do not care about what you order, and are incompetent. I specifically asked for no tomato on my sandwich. I am allergic. Instead, they doubled it, and added an extra slice. I asked for spicy nuggets, the gave me regular. I asked for a regular coke, they gave me diet. The only redeeming factor, which should be a standard but often isn’t, is that the fries were hot and fresh. I will not be coming back to this location.

I asked for a salad. Nope, so salads. I then compromised and asked for a medium fry… nope, no fries. I even asked for a frosty and was still told no. FINALLY, I asked for the chili, and they actually had it. Upon tasting it though, I wanted to vomit. It was nothing but grease and tomato sauce with maybe 6 or 7 beans in it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got here at 830 Waited over 30 minutes for family nuggets Dave’s single and a baked potato.. I go inside after being asked to park and all of the kids/workers was on there phones and I ask about the order and one says o ya. Asked me to wait 5 more minutes which turned into almost 20 more minutes. This is crazy to deal with for a 45$ meal.

11:00 at night. Order on Wendy’s app. Ordered 3 meals,, pay by APPLE PAY! 15 minutes to get there food not done. I’m the only person there. Waited there 10 minutes still only person there sitting out in the waiting parking spot.

HOW HARD is it to make sure that 3 fries are in the bag.
I called to them. “You missed a order of fries”
She said “ We must have been busy”
No you weren’t! I was the only person there! 2 of your employees are standing outside by there cars for 15 minutes chatting. Both have silver cars hanging out. I know this because when I drive back to get my fries they are inside doing whatever in the store now.
If you’re not going to manage your people and teach them how to read an order from an app for convenience that I can lie about because the order is on my app.
3 meals and missing fries so I drive back 10 minutes to get a fries from Wendy’s and I’m the only person in line for 15 minutes.
This is silly and uncalled for.
Get a manager in there and manage you kids. Nobody should have to root through a bag 11:00 at night to check to make sure the order is complete for 3 value meals. Last time I had a GRAB bring my food. I had to run down to Wendy’s again because they obviously it’s too hard to read a ticket. Easiest sandwich to make. Tipped a grab guy for nothing. They are supposed to check the order. Your employees are lazy and inconsiderate. If I was the manager there’d be fired and on to the next interview for someone who appreciates having a job even if it is FAST FOOD!

I was traveling for work and decided to stop and get something to eat. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Very rude, and unprofessional staff. Food was not hot and fresh. Very disappointed. The staff have no manners and are VERY VERY VERY rude to customers. I would not recommend going here.

Wendy’s is a burger chain located on Brandon Boulevard. When we got there they forgot to open the dining room, which was after the posted entry time. So we went into the drive thru and the service was surprisingly fast and friendly.
The breakfast here is good; the bacon egg and cheese sandwich had nothing special. However, the potatoes were crunchy and had a unique form to it. The chicken biscuit had a honey-like taste to it, which is a unique combination that no one else does. Overall, better than a few other locations.
