All I’m going to say is if you go here and you have a chance to meet with Barbara, she was in the drive-thru window when I went, she is such a pleasure and breath of fresh air. I go to McDonald’s all the time and their attitudes are always rude They don’t say hi bye or kiss my you know what. But Barbara she said taste The drink I made it real good. She actually cared about what she was doing. This was a welcoming experience versus other fast food restaurants. Thank you Barbara!!

On vacation visiting family and usually Wendy’s is my go to for a quick meal when out of town. Today that was clearly a mistake. When first pulling up to the drive through, the lady told us to wait which can be normal for a drive through. The she comes back with a very poor attitude. Every time I tried to order something she would cut me off before I was done talking (will that be all)…. I ordered two nugget meals and a chicken sandwich meal. Only one of the nugget meals was to be spicy. Got home and realized both orders were spicy ( I can deal with this).. Then there was no ranch as requested for the sauce but in its place, barbecue sauce (which none of us care for). I’ll deal with this again. Now on to all the chicken products… all the nuggets and the sandwich were so dry you had to take a drink just to swallow it. Wendy’s you really dropped the ball today. On a plus side the fries were really good so at least I got to eat something from my meal. Wendy’s you can do better!!

The young lady at the drive through was pleasant, but no matter when I come to this location, the wait is extra long and I don’t mind waiting but what gets me is , why am I waiting on cold, stale unfresh food, and when you return to get your order fresh or correct the attitudes are very distasteful, they even have attitudes if you ask for a different sauce then what they put in your bag , these employees acts as if the condiments sauce hurts their pay Check , I’m disappointed and will never return to this location , it’s sad .

Drive through line was long, the wait to order food once reaching the intercom was very long. Once reaching the window I paid and we’re handed the drinks. One drink was very much over filled. The worker making the drinks kept looking out the window into our car non stop. Not sure what she was looking at. We were finally handed our food by a worker distracted by her phone enough to not give us 3 straws for our drinks.

I ordered the chicken nuggets. They’re kind of famous for them, but I would have had no idea they were made from chicken. Tasted very processed and like frankenmeat. I’ve never had them before and won’t have them again. I enjoyed the Coke Freestyle and the Frosty. The staff had outstanding customer service. You couldn’t ask for better. I just wish the nuggets were made from real chicken, like KFC.

I changed my mind thru the drive thru, and after I had left the window my husband called and said he wanted something. So when I pulled up to the window and explained that I didn’t order at the speaker. He was very polite and took my order at the window. This was on a busy Friday night and he was still very nice even though there was a line of cars. I didn’t get his name but he worked the window @ the RPB store at about 2200 hrs. So thank you. It’s nice when you get the cashier to actually be nice. I do appreciate it.

Frustrating. Was there at 6:45 waited for 5 min for someone to show up. When going for breakfast people are headed to work. Waited another 5 min at the window. No one ever came. There were cars there so people were “working”. Not going to bother to try again. I suggest burger king across the street. They are there and pleasant.

Dont go to this Wendy’s. I’m a truck driver and get a 30 minute break for lunch and the doors were locked at 3:30 PM. After knocking a customer opened the door and told me the dining room was closed. I walked to the drive thru and asked the attendant if they could please let me in which they decided to do. There were 5 employees behind the counter but they said they were short staffed and thats why the dining room was closed. I stood there for another 5 or so minutes being ignored and I walked out and was told by one of the employees to sarcastically have a nice day. Garbage in garbage out.

Went to the drive thru speaker. Waited about 3 minutes.. no one said anything.. I said, “hello?” .. again, no one said anything. I drove up to window, and there was the manager BARBARA and her employee laughing and engaging in conversation with the customer ahead of me. I was finally able to pull up to the window after that customer left.. I explained that I came up to the window because no one was answering at the speaker, Barbara and the other employee said they were attending to customer that was ahead of me. I said okay, can I just order here since I’m at the window.. Barbara rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude and said “Fine, what do want?” They definitely could’ve handled the situation in a more professional and pleasant way. Barbara (being the manager) needs to do better!

Our family went through the drive-thru and had a great experience. It’s very hard to be funny and show genuine hospitality through that little speaker, but man they nailed it!
