I waited almost 10 minutes just to place my order. Then once I got my order it took 10 minutes for them to get my order to me. I asked for no mayonnaise and extra onion. What I got was no mayonnaise and one circle of what would be a slice of an onion. I asked the woman can you please get extra onion for me fold my sandwich put it back in the bag she saw me put it back in the bag she brings with tongues to the front. She took her time waited on two more. Customers brings the tongs out front on the counter holding three onion rings. I said can you please put them in a bag? She looks at me like are you stupid so she proceeds back to the kitchen leaves. The onions doesn’t bring anything back and goes on waiting on other customers when I asked her excuse me are you going to bring me the extra onions that I asked for I just.

Staff had zero enthusiasm and zero people skills. They took one order at a time then prepared that order before taking the next. Had to go back three times to get the correct tea them ended up just getting it ourselves.

Horrible customer service, I went saturday night and this guy at the drive thru messed up the entire order. I wanted to order 3 meals of chicken tenders, he was rude, and unpleasant. I told him multiple times my order, and when I pick up my food, he gave me the wrong order, wrong food, wrong sauces. The only good thing about this was the food, it was fresh and delicious but customer service was not.

Drive thru worker did not disclose the upcharge for sauce. Entirely absurd that 2 small BBQ sauce packs is an additional dollar. At least the food got to me quickly.

I stopped by Wendy’s for a quick lunch and was genuinely impressed! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my order was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was hot, crispy, and full of flavor — definitely one of the best in fast food. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, and I appreciated how clean and well-kept the dining area was.

Horrible service, MESSED UP MY ORDER 5 times and just overall don’t know what they are doing, I asked for no vegetables I got vegetables. I asked light on the condiments. I got a lot ton of ketchup on my hamburger I asked for normal nuggets and I got spicy nuggets and I still couldn’t get a refund after all that. I hate you Wendy’s

The place is clean, but I believe manager is having a hard time to find more employees. I was there in the morning and it was closed to stay inside. Only drive thru was taking orders. They opened the doors around 11am. Service was fast for me, but I saw a few people waiting more than 10 minutes to get the order. Location is ok. Area seems safe.
