This location gets a fast food 5 star. It’s the best of exactly what you think it is. Food from a paper bag! I’m just playing but it’s the normal fare of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and even a chicken wrap that was the healthiest choice. The place was clean, plenty of parking. It felt safe.

Food is priced well but I had to wait a long time to be waited on. There was a cash drawer just sitting unattended in front of me and no one in site for about 5 minutes. I finally got my order. The food was good but not a big fan of the paper straws. I expect that in CA not in FL.

Overpriced, especially for warm lemonade (it DID have a couple of ice cubes in it, which helped) and chicken tenders that had clearly been sitting for a while. They put an open ranch sauce packet in my food bag. Luckily, it mostly just covered the napkins… Mentioned it when it was received, and they were unconcerned. Not sure why they didn’t just take it out and put a fresh one in. Not horrendous for a Wendy’s, but for the price, I should have gotten carryout from somewhere else (and will be doing that going forward).

Tried this place a couple of weeks ago I was violently ill 5 minutes after eating…also what I ordered at the drive-thru was not the order that I received when I picked up my food at the window. my bad for not checking the bag but I will never eat at a Wendy’s again after the stomach pain that I had immediately after eating food from this restaurant

$ 8 meal posted on the window on a huge poster posted on the menu both inside & at the drive through but when try to order they say it’s not available but if you order all the items listed in the meal separately they are all available asked why that was no answer worst Wendy’s ever surprised corporate hasn’t stepped in must be individually owned they used to serve breakfast but don’t anymore probably because of the pore service & crappie attitude of the employees McDonald’s it right next to them & has lines around the corner well you can hear the crickets chirping at Wendy’s guess the owners have more money than brains & just own it as a hobby

Charged me for an item and they did not know how to make it and could not offer a refund, they got a new cold foam at Wendy’s and they could only make a ice coffee in a ice coffee cup unlike they make it at west blue heron. They could not give me a receipt, or the correct item. Horrible service as well manager could not come up to window to assist.

The toilets over full of xxx, no hand soap or paper towels in the ladies room.
Toilet paper covered the floor.
An associate came out of the stall and DID NOT wash her hands! Not the larger stall that included a sink, I used that one.
The trash was full and over flowing. We had to leave our trash on a nearby table
The staff was non communicable.
I will absolutely NEVER return to this location.

Horrible customer service. Employees act like they hate their job and customers are an inconvenience. No receipt after paying for food either. I would recommend an entire new staff or a change of management. Unacceptable.

Went to go get breakfast before my son’s baseball game down the street at cacti Park. Had to wait several extra minutes in the parking lot for my food to be delivered. Upon arriving at the ballpark to eat my food, my cinnamon pull- a parts were warm but seemed like they were over microwave to the point that they were not edible. Also ordered a burrito. The burrito shell was old brittle and falling apart and was not ruled correctly and it’s complete mess trying to eat at the ballpark. Avoid this place for breakfast
