I’ve been a Wendy’s customer since middle school, and now I’m almost 40. I only come here around lunch time during the week. It’s been almost 4 years, and this location has consistently provided excellent and SEIFT service!
No joke, my food is almost always ready by the time I pull up to the window (granted, I usually only get a biggie bag meal)… But they usually have to wait for me to get my wallet out.
The young lady, Kiantae Brown (not sure of the spelling) has top-notch customer service skills. I’ve been raving about her for years. Communicates well, is quick, efficient, pleasant and respectful! A+

Wouldn’t give me a $.41 honey mustard sauce, but yet didn’t offer any ketchup for my fries OK that’s fine. I understand then I leave and get home and one of the sandwiches I paid for was not there and I’m not leaving home to go back to get a sandwich. Ran in 930 on a Thursday. Nobody in line a young gentleman took my order in a couple minutes later I was out the door.
Update: came back today and food was normal Wendys. Lady who took my order was very rude and didn’t say anything so I just ordered. She charged me for 10 piece nuggets when I ordered 4. I had to ask for receipt to see why it was more expensive and told her I ordered 4 and she changed it to 4 piece nuggets and set the refund cash back on the counter with no word spoken. Then she set the food on the counter without saying anything so since I was the only one there I assumed it was mine. I looked in the bag and saw it looked correct, and asked for ketchup. Her only words were “we don’t have ketchup” and began walking away. So I said you have no ketchup? She said “no” and continued walking away. Got back to the hotel and the “large” fry was a medium amount at best. Completely different people working from the first time I was there. It wasn’t a pleasant experience as they didn’t care about the customer.

Although I was the second customer this location is one of the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to. Biscuits weren’t ready so I had to settle for a croissant sandwich. The staff was nice and polite. Always a plus to have a clean restroom but it would be nice if the paper towel dispenser could give a larger sheet. There’s a pothole in the parking lot that needs repaired and some more forming that customers could break their ankle in.

Got a 20pc and only got one sauce. Asked for more and was told $0.54 for one… food wasn’t fresh either. Burger King down the street is a much better option.

Drive thru attendant phone held up to her ear the entire time from taking the order to delivering the food. When I asked for ketchup – another lady told me she didn’t have a lot and then shut the drive thru window on me. Just now checked out my order and you guessed it – wrong.

Just left the drive-thru and let’s just say I will not probably go back there. I ordered a jr bacon biggie bag for me and my family, asked for root beer and the soda literally tasted sour. Instantly gagged and threw up also they forget my sauce for nuggets even after being told twice at the window for ghost pepper ranch. Employee at the window brought another employee to window just to talk to her as though they’re not serving customers very unprofessionally.

I ordered online and went to pick up my food… It wasn’t ready.. when I asked the lady that was behind the counter how much longer she said oh give me about 5 minutes… 10 minutes later I asked for the manager.. the lady that said give me 5 minutes was the manager.. then she proceeded to try to pack the food in the bag but didn’t know how to get it all to fit with the two drinks and the cup holder. So I took all the food out, put the cup holder in, move the two cups to one side and then put the food items in little bags on the other side of the cup holder.. of course she didn’t put any napkins or straws in the bag so I had to do that myself.. I was thinking shouldn’t I be getting a check for all of this?.. if you want decent service at Wendy’s, I would advise you to go to a different Wendy’s
