Although I was the second customer this location is one of the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to. Biscuits weren’t ready so I had to settle for a croissant sandwich. The staff was nice and polite. Always a plus to have a clean restroom but it would be nice if the paper towel dispenser could give a larger sheet. There’s a pothole in the parking lot that needs repaired and some more forming that customers could break their ankle in.

Haven’t eaten all day. It’s 1:15 in the morning so I look up to see what’s open in your Wendy’s location is open until two. Starving I drove 10 minutes to get me something to eat. I go through the drive-through. Nobody answers. I sit there for five minutes. I drive up and there’s two young ladies standing peeping trying to hide from me. The least you could’ve have done was just told me we’re close we’re not taking nobodies order and I would have appreciated that more than you just trying to hide from me. Very very very dissatisfied. With the customer service and this location. I would never come here again..

Awful..Extremely slow at dinner time. Was there 15 mins in drive-thru with just 2 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, no one said anything. I waited and said “hello”, and someone responded “hold please”. I sat for a few more minutes and finally drove off. I was in a hurry and went to that location because I often go there for lunch, and they are REALLY fast at lunchtime.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. The manager was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. No one wanted to answer the drive thru at 630pm on a Friday. My 12 year old daughter wanted nuggets and after 5 minutes of saying hello to the speaker we pull around and can see employees sitting there on their cell phones one of which was the manager. So there we are asking them to come take our order and she refused to come to the window. Finally she sends someone over and they say “yeah?” .. lol what a joke. The manager is a joke and hopefully corporate sees this and the rude manager sees this and she knows how much of a c*nt I think she is . (In my opinion it’s cause I’m a white man in a lifted truck.) … she wouldn’t give me her name and refused to come to the window and speak to me . If you hate your job so bad lady find a new one. I’d fire her so fast her head would spin if I was her boss. Anyway I strongly recommend finding a different place to eat and not wasting time at this Wendy’s. I’m also calling corporate to tell them how she behaved

I order some chicken nuggets and they wanted me to move to the door next to the window to wait. I told them I’ll wait right here . They said no because the timer will get me fired . But I don’t have my food. You will forget about me . And see it took them 30 mins to get my nuggets because they were all hanging out in the front sitting doing nothing

Easily the worst Wendy’s ever. Staff only glares at you as you approach register to make an order. Then mumbles as you try to engage. Order screen doesn’t work, drink machines mostly empty,, condiments table mostly empty, dining room dirty. No paper towels in bathroom ( do employees wash hands?).

The food was hot . The service was excellent, we didn’t have to turn around and go back for the wrong order. They got a good order accuracy system going there. I will be returning to this Wendy’s restaurant for lunch real soon.
