Got a $5. Biggie bag. , they up it to a medium with out asking. So now its $6.10. The fries where over cooked.

They lied to your face. I had order via the drive thru for a meal and never increase meal size. Upon moving to the last and only window open in the drive thru, they tell me that the size is only available in bigger size and that they no longer have the smaller option. Which is a complete lie!!!! At the time I assume they were being truthful, so I accepted it and paid. But come and find out a few minutes later that it was all a lied and no receipt was given. I will never come back to any Wendy’s, and I hope they are held accountable for this nonsense. I’m pretty sure if they did it to me they will do it to others

Went through the drive thru right before closing. Both ladies were sweet and hospitable. Food came out hot and with a smile. My receipt says her name was Guerline. Didn’t catch the other ladies name.

They used to be very good. Now they act like they couldn’t care less. They treat you like you are completely wasting their time. Drive thru speaker can barely be heard, and when you tell them, they shrugg their shoulders and say whatever not our problem. This location should probably be closed.

Secret shopper, Giving the place a 1 star due to the fact customer service attitude was nasty, Respectfully this place need more training. As I walked in employee with long black hair was on the phone, hung up the phone and didnt was her hands, proceeded to touch the food no gloves which is health code violation. I believe the place should need a good use of a new manager. Also with some training.

This place needs new managers. No one seems pleasant, as if walking in this place ruined their day. No one greets you, acknowledges you, no smile….not a thing. I arrived during breakfast but waited 10 min for lunch to start at 1030, but was told to wait 10 more min. There are 2 mgrs on shift yet nothing was ready. Came in specifically for chili on this wonderful cold day…..none made yet….. Placed an order to get half of it and told start eating the rest is done in 10 more minutes. Order placed at 10:44am.
Appears a staff member (Jose) arrived early to have something to eat before his shift but was constantly interrupted and asked to clock in early. I spent 5 more minutes hearing everyone in the back calling for JOSE!!!! Let the man eat in peace! Note, a member in management sat in the lobby while this was happening
This management had been sitting in the lobby when we arrived at 1020am.
Not only are there 2 mgrs on staff, but obviously they are not fit to run the shift correctly to be prepared to open on time. It is now 1120…..I came in at 1020am and I’m STILL WAITING for the rest of my order….Wendys….do better. Your customers needs better management and a staff willing to work as a team. I’ve watched customers wait at the counter while countless mgrs and team members walk by without acknowledging them once. I know the economy is bad and tight, be thankful you have an income and treat it as such.
I must add, management has the cutest uniform! Stretch leggings and figure hugging tops make the wendys brand stand out for sure….
