I ordered from this location and the food was terrible. The fries were cold and they didn’t taste fresh. The burger patties were also cold and so bland. The chicken nuggets (picture attached) looked pale and old. We struggled to even finish the food. And the strawberry frosty barely had any strawberry in it.

If there was another Wendy’s closer by me I would go there instead. I have zero complaints about the food and temperature. Everything revolving around that is done right. However… I don’t like “reporting” people, but I’m getting tired of the Asian worker there mostly because of how he speaks on the intercom. Never any greeting and too rude for my liking. This has been bothering me for months and I finally had to say it. I love all the other workers though!

Arralla attended me at the window on this location with the nastiest attitude all I wanted was a cup of water with $30 order, when I asked her for her name to address her properly she proceeded to ignore me completely giving me her back. When I proceed to ask her coworker the fat lady in the picture she told me she will not give me her name ( very rude) my order was messed up I clearly said no pickles and was like I didn’t. Avoid this location if your looking for a good customer experience!

This store doesn’t have items available for pickup after you have ordered and paid for them online. Would be nice for the app to have the capability of showing items unavailable instead of allowing you to place the order and drive there only to be told they can’t give you your food. Big waste of time!!

Terrible been in line for 30 mins. They are only helping drive through customers and ignoring the long line. Disgusting behavior where is management after waiting 30 mins i was told drive through would be faster. I don’t get it. They should really rotate between line and drive through

Eric has “helped” us the past few times we’ve gone to Wendy’s. Unfortunately, the guy doesn’t crack a smile, and looks MISERABLE being there. He was annoyed, rolled his eyes at us when I asked him POLITELY to make sure my order was correct since he didn’t confirm it over the loudspeaker before pulling up to the windows. Since my son NEEDS to have certain ingredients removed from his order, we check it before we leave the drive thru. He looked at us like we were personally attacking him. My brother in Christ, we need to make sure the order is correct since your restaurant has a tendency to mess up the order. (Look at the pics of my order from 2 years ago below) Either way, we didn’t notice he forgot the BBQ sauce and ketchup we requested. Since he’s still employed, I can only assume he’s a family member of the franchisee or no one has taken the time to complain about his crappy attitude and somehow he’s never been reprimanded. Also, never received a receipt so I could take a survey, I wonder why? He should not be customer facing in any capacity.

Eww. The food was cold and it tastes old. The guy tried to charge me $1.00 for buffalo sauce when he really could have gave me 1 buffalo and 1 ranch, instead of 2 ranches. He also did not give me a receipt so that I can take the survey, I wonder why . I will never go back.

I ordered a medium fry but they gave me a small. Make sure to check because I didn’t. Other than that it was good food. Very beautiful atmosphere with the palm trees.
