I was excited to try Wendy’s since we don’t have one in the UK! We each had a burger with fries and thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions were generous, the staff were friendly, and they couldn’t do enough for us. A great fast-food experience!

You have some AI thing taking your order. There were not many cars in the line but it seemed like each care waited 10 minutes at the window for their food. Times that by 4 and we are waiting 40 minutes to get our food. The service was so very slow. There are not even that many people getting food. They are probably preparing each order to completion before starting the next. Because that is the only way it takes this long. Also did not provide receipt with my order.

Food is always fresh and the pomegranate blueberry is always completely mixed unlike other Wendy’s restaurants that only add it in but half mix it together! You have lemonade with thick dark mix at the bottom, and you have to shake it up yourself!

I’m not sure why, but every time I go to the drive thru at this Wendy’s, the line is delayed and it seems like forever just to place an order and get it. And they always forget the sauce to go with the mcnuggets 🙁 otherwise very satisfied with Biggie Bag.

Angie who is the manager at this location is horrible and has a nasty attitude and shouldn’t be in a management position. The gentleman at the register rang me up for an extra meal once I seen the receipt I told him I didn’t order that. He went to the back and told Angie and I heard her yell and say oh no I’m not playing no games today I’m not doing that. (So you choose not to give me my refund). She told me she can’t refund me and call the number on the back of the receipt. Myself and another customer was saying we never heard of a fast food restaurant not to do refunds. Angie says she doesn’t know why the other lady was talking to me. The lady walked out and they lost a customer because of Angie. I’m waiting for the manager in charge of this franchisee to call me back. Up to now I still have received my refund.

That store manager needs to do something about that employee (who has lot of percings on her face) always yells at customer. She yelled at me twice as I was her kid. Even i was your kid, there is a certain way to talk to people. As that wendys is closed to my job, i alway sfopped by to get my coffee. Yesterday was the 2nd time she yelled af me by the speaker. There is a car that was at the window for more that 5 mns. If that customer food was not ready, i thaught they will ask that customer to go parked and get inside to get his food. That way, he won’t hold the line at the drive thru. I asked that lady nicely at the speaker if it is ok for to get inside because I had only a cup of coffe because waiting for employee to give that driver his food, i will be late at work. She yelled at me telling that car is moving. For me if you are not happy at ypur job, just go find an other job. You cant yell at people like they are your children. Wendys need to find employee who can respect people

They have AI to order in drive thru. It couldn’t understand order. Tried multiple times but to no avail. It was so frustrating we just left. I want a actual person taking my order. We left and went to McDonalds who has real people taking order!

I live near by and I go often. The experience is normal. Tonight, coming from the industry, I could tell they were short staffed or limited in some capacity for things outside of their control. However Angie and Jayden had the best attitude and even suggested the new sweet chili sauce. I hope I remembered their names right. They are keepers!

I had came to this precise location because it was on my way going home I had came inside to see it was dirty the staff was lazy nobody came to serve me so I had left and went into the drive thru because I had my kids in the car and they wanted Wendys so we went I to the drive thru where I can hear the employees laughing and playing around and when I had gotten my cup I had see it had a bug in there and when I see that I said never mind I had went and took my kids to McDonald’s instead and I will never come back in the sake of my kids and they need to learn how to clean up in there don’t make so sense they got time to play and laugh while the establishment look like somebody basement and it was really hot inside as well
