It is amazing how.much difference there is between this store and one just about 10 minutes east of here. I travel throughout South Florida therefore I visit a lot of different restaurants and fast food places.
The staff’s attention was amazing, the place was very clean.
Ladies keep it up, ypu are doing an amazing job. I now know which is my go to Wendy’s when I am in this area.

Came to the drive thru and the new AI cashier got my order wrong the manager told me to ask for a cashier as the AI would always get it wrong . As the manager said She ! Doesn’t understand I thought i drove thru the drive thru assuming i would get good service NOPE ! A week later the drive thru was packed so I went inside it was empty so I stepped up to the cashier and ordered my food she then walked away to get a manager because she didn’t know how to ring up my order so then for the second time I had to repeat my order to a manager! 10 minutes later my food bagged up and ready to eat can I have some hott sauce. She showed me ketchup Den mustard and then barbecue sauce at that point I gave up and left

Finally the parking lot has new lighting and looks great. The guy at drive-through was polite, but the order had a couple of mistakes. Asked for sweet and sour and got bbq.
The second thing was I wanted strawberry sauce added to my caramel crunch and was asked to pay 50 cents extra, which I said no problem.
Did I get the strawberry sauce…… ( negative )
Was very disappointed and was already down the road when I saw it didn’t have it.
Guess I’ll have to find another spot to get what I want and paid for. Everything was stated on the receipt. ♂️

I came to this Wendy’s craving a Baconator and it was a huge disappointment. The burger barely had any bacon (almost none), the beef wasn’t properly cooked, and the fries tasted old and reheated, like they’d been sitting for a while.
In conclusion: I do not recommend coming to this Wendy’s. Very poor quality and experience.

I am writing to report a very upsetting experience I had at 4600 S State Rd, Fort Lauderdale on September 26,2025.
After receiving my order through the drive-thru, I realized my Cinnabon Pull-Apart was missing and the rest of my food was cold. I drove back and politely asked the staff to remake the food and provide the missing item. The manager on duty, who refused to give his name, became aggressive and told me that the food was hot when I got it and I should have eaten it immediately. He refused both a remake and a refund.
Another manager called someone above them, explained the situation, and was advised to refund me. After hearing this, the male manager became visibly angry. He struck the other manager on the arm, yelled at me to “GIVE ME THE FOOD BACK,” and tried to snatch the bag from my hand. I told him he would not snatch it, and instead asked the female manager to take the bag. She did, and I was given only $10 in cash even though my total was $14.42, so I was not fully refunded.
This was the most unprofessional, aggressive, and hostile treatment I have ever experienced at Wendy’s. I felt disrespected and unsafe in this situation.

4th time in 3 weeks that I’ve come here between 6 and 7am and the doors are locked. Supposed to be open at 6am but routinely the employees lock the doors to the dining room and do not adhere to their advertised hours of operation. 3 customers tried to access the dining room today at 6:25 and everyone left because the doors are locked. Floors are sticky, Coke machine is covered in splatter, no ketchup in the dispenser, no napkins. Definitely one of the worse Wendy’s to go to. Go elsewhere.

The staff always gets my order on the drive through correct, they often give off a much better energy to where you feel welcome to ask tor extra things like extra sauce or a cup of water. The food quality here in terms of fast food is always far up in comparison to other food places. Their spicy nuggets are beyond satisfactory. The classic Wendy’s chillies and their baked potatoes are always a treat, I always get a good amount of crackers when I ask it in order too. their chocolate chunk cookies are the best major fast food chocolate chunk cookies I’ve ever had from most places, especially for the the price of $5 for 5 large sized chocolate chunk cookies. It’s hard to beat wendys in this regard. Especially the spicy niggets, the quality and number of spicy flavors for these nuggets. They easily outdo any *spicy* nuggets served by let’s say burger king or McDonald’s. The inside is large, clean and welcoming, very much reminding of times I went on vacation to other states in spades of long distance driving. Overall in terms of fast food I rank Wendy’s and this Wendy’s in particular as near the top. If you’re wondering for a fast food spot to go. This Wendy’s is highly likely to serve you well.
