When i got my meal the bag says there is nothing happy about this meal, and it couldnt be more right. I got rushed and attitude from the woman taking my order. When i recieved the order there is egg shell in the egg and the sausage felt undercooked with hard bits in the middle. Trying to refill a waterbottle inside? Sorry thats not allowed, sorry im gonna do it anyway, try and stop me. Customers have a right to water. Especially if its in A container you brought in. Bad customer service, bad food, bad atmosphere. I also didnt get a receipt or napkins. Just 2 shitty sandwhiches in a bag.

We chose this restaurant due to its walkable location from our hotel. The restaurant was dirty. Many employees lingering away from the cash register. We waited in line for 10min without anyone taking our order or acknowledging our existence. We gave up and left for Dunkin Donuts next door when we saw a couple returning under cooked nuggets. There are NO redeeming qualities with this restaurant. Try harder.

What began as an attempt to try a protein-infused Wendy’s hack turned into a frustrating 26-minute wait for a grilled chicken baked potato and a small chili. When I inquired about the delay, a woman with an extremely unpleasant attitude informed me that I would have to wait even longer for a baked potato. At this point, I decided to abandon the place and request a refund. The woman practically threw the money at me, expressing her frustration that I didn’t comprehend the reason behind the anger. It was I who had simply stood there for 30 minutes without receiving my food. I went up the street because time wasn’t a significant concern; it was their appalling attitude. I’m not sure what my expectations were, but I suppose being a decent human being is an unreasonable expectation at this Wendy’s location. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment at all costs.

Ok so getting to this place is difficult at night.
Now as for going inside I was behind two other couples. There were two employees taking care of the guests in front of me.
When it was my turn to order I stepped up to the register and the young man that was taking orders walked away. He stood in the area closer to the drive through and where other employees were.
I could hear him say I got 4 minutes left and stood there chatting for that time.
Meanwhile I stood there as the other employee had also walked away but that’s because she was getting items for the couple that was still working their order.
Once she finally to my order she didn’t smile, she didn’t say hi. She was stoic.At the end of the transaction she didn’t say thank you.
Now I waited 6 or 7 minutes for my order to go. When she gave me the order again no thank you or do you want any ketchup.
So I brought my food to the car and opened the bag. The first thing I ate were the French fries. They were hot but had almost no salt.
I then decided to take a bite of my burger. When I did what ever sauce that was inside made the buns squishy wet and mushy.
Now I do understand juicy burgers can make the bread wet overtime but this was way to much.
I ended up not eating anymore of it.
Overall very disappointed in the service/food

Please put more staff on night shift! It’s crazy that only two people were working on a Saturday night in such a busy area! The two working tonight deserve a raise! Despite the wait that was completely out of their control, my digital order was correct and ready in a few minutes after interacting with staff.

The attitude from the manager down was awful. People has lost any sense of common courtesy. I was there for a quick dinner time fast in and out. Food is always okay at a Wendy’s but this place next two hotels was not welcoming.

Excellent service and excellent food. The food was hot and everything was correct! Bea was serving food from the drive-through with only two people on staff and kept her cool and kept the orders coming through.
Amazing service in the chili was really hot!

If I could give this location a negative star they would get -10 stars. I eat in different restaurants and fast food places and this must be the worst I have ever visited. This is my second time giving them a chance bit I was wrong. It is still the worst place to eat.
Every time I have come into to this Wendy’s, the manager has been extremely rude when it comes to asking to use the restroom as they keep them locked.
Both times she has rudely questioned repeatedly if I am going to make a purchase, that there is a sign o. The window. Both times I have requested to use the restroom after I have made the purchase for my breakfast and have already ate it. Both times the re e has only been one other customer in the place, so to say she doesn’t remember me buying the food when she herself was the one that took the order, well if her memory is that bad, she shouldn’t be working period.
Anybody can have bad day but this woman apparently lives in a constant bad day. She has no business working somewhere where customer service is involved.
Like I said this was the second, but now last time I ever will set foot in this place.

The ego she has with her attitude is clearly of one that has never held a real management position and the worst part is that my income is probably 3 or 4 times higher that what she makes.

Don’t go here if have somewhere to go. For a place that has an automated ordering service in the drive-through you would think they’d actually be more efficient than they are We have been sitting in line for 30 minutes and not moving

So i got a baconator. They used to put some bacon on there. This is horrible for one. Two i ordered and got charged .35 for fries for my combo that come with it and i didnt ask to upsize it. Yeah its on .35 but if i dont want a bigger size why do you assume that i did and charged me more than what i wanted. I havent been to a wendys in a long time and now i really wont be back anytime soon. Especially if this is what the baconator is all about now. You charger over $12 for a combo meal and you give trash.
