I passed by on 12/17/25 at 4:44 p.m. My three teens were hungry and we had a long drive home. We entered to order and everything was clean. We washed our hands and the restroom was also very clean.
Luz took our order and she was so kind and pleasant. She packed up their orders separately and that was so helpful. I really appreciate her attention to detail. Driving back home was a breeze and the kids said their meals were fresh and delicious. Thank-you Luz and Wendy’s.

the staff here is terrible. my boyfriend made a mobile order for just one drink, the restaurant was not busy at all. only about 2 people eating in the lobby. he waited for a long time until he finally told the guy working there he had a mobile order and it was just a drink. the guy said he would get it for him, went to the back and never came back. then the rest of the staff went to the back and stayed there too. the guy didn’t even pull up the mobile order on the screen. after waiting an unnecessarily long time, they came back only after the manager asked the employee what my boyfriend was waiting on, in which he said a mobile order that was just a soda. an employee who was running the drive thru gave my boyfriend the cup and told him he had to fill it up himself at the soda fountain. what is going on at your restaurant that all your employees are this lazy? why is it that the one in charge of the drive thru gave my boyfriend the cup and not the one in charge of the lobby? all he had to do was hand him the cup. coming from someone who worked fast food for many years — and at a bigger fast food chain where it’s much busier and work still gets done. it’s was just a soda.. the general manager needs to do a better evaluation on who they’re hiring.

I never write reviews but this place is insane. I came at 12ish on a wednesday to pickup some food and I asked for BBQ sauce they wanted to charge me 50 cents per sauce when I came last week the same person didnt charge me at all now this time they did 50 cents per sauce its insane no other Wendy’s does this never coming here again chick fila all the way

This is the only thing missing in this place to put the cherry on top of the cake, plus cold and chewy fries, and I almost forgot, the sauces, which are a complimentary extra in other restaurants, are charged separately here. And most importantly, please don’t try to talk to the employees; they will treat you very badly. They are headed straight for failure.

Im trying to figure out where to start with this review. I guess to start, we like Wendys normally. We get Wendys often when on roadtrips. This branch of Wendys however has been an absolute dissapointment. We have been here 3 times since February to give it a chance and it consistently is bad and sometimes is really bad.

The first time we went we got a baconator value meal and taco salad. The fries were soft and cold. The baconator was just ok. The taco salad we might rate as good but they forgot to give sour cream even though the receipt clearly had sour cream on it, when asked the staff gave us the sour cream that we should have got. The chili for the taco salad in our opinion was too runny for a taco salad. It was basically like a water consistency. It was definitely more tomatoey than meaty. The first time we went was a dine-in experience and inside is ok in cleanliness.

The second time we went we were going to dine-in with a friend but they closed the dine-in 40 min early. Since there was no traffic we stood outside to look at the menu before getting in our car to drive through and order. Another employee possibly on break saw us outside when he was at his car and told us we needed a car and we agreed and stated we were just looking at the menu before driving thru to order. He then said we could just go inside to which we we notified him that all the doors were locked. He then went and knocked on the door for the other employees to come over and unlock it for us. By the time we checked all the doors, looked at the menu, then got let in we had 10 minutes left of dine-in and 4 hours left for the kitchen to be open for drive-thru so we planned on grabbing the food and leaving to eat elsewhere with our friend. We had fries that were cold and soft just leaving the store that didn’t taste fresh or crisp at all. We had an item that after being ordered was not correct; it was supposed to be a jr bacon cheeseburger, however what we got was a double stack instead (there was no bacon, so we were not happy at all about this). We also had a chicken sandwich that wasn’t good at all and our friend had ordered (on a separate order) a double stack value meal which consisted of a meat patty that was not cooked well, it was slightly pink on the inside. He attempting to be a manley man decided to eat this slightly pink meat anyways since he was hungry after a long shift. He then had diarrhea later that night and an upset stomach.

The last time we ordered via mobile. We are staying 3 minutes from this Wendys and mobile orders said it was going to be made fresh and when we arrive to “check in”. When we arrived and got our food all items were present in the sack, however it was all cold. We figured with us living 3 minutes away even if they prepared the meal on order it should be fresh when we pick it up. We got the sausage gravy and biscuit, honey butter chicken biscuit, and the maple bacon chicken croissant. To start, all the food was cold on picking up the bag from the drive-thru window. The sausage gravy and biscuit was not good and we have had better at a hospital. It had a few sausage sprinkled over that just did not seem like it was cooked with the dish. The honey butter chicken biscuit was very sticky, very cold, and the biscuit was dry and had no flavor on it’s own. The Maple bacon chicken croissant was very sticky and messy, it was cold, and it was not what I assumed was a croissant. It was more of a hawaiian bread bun. All three items had to be microwaved to eat when home. The staff also didn’t seem as friendly when having a pickup mobile order through drive-thru (and retrospective they weren’t too friendly all 3 times, especially when we were let in when they tried to close early).

We will not be visiting this branch of Wendys again and felt like we gave multiple different order types a try to see if any would be better. The experience combined of all 3 times was just very dissapointing.

If you’re looking for the SpongeBob promotion, save your money. They don’t have the special box, burgers don’t have enough of the special sauce to call this a special burger. Take this with a grain of salt because I feel cheated on but if I’m going to spend $12 on a unique burger then actually make it unique. Unfortunately SpongeBob reputation took a big hit for this one.

I have been to this Wendy’s many times and have never had any issues. I ordered a chicken sandwich, baconator and two fries. I proceeded to the window to pay and was waiting there for a while until I was able to ask to add a drink to one of my meals. Once I arrived home I open my sandwich and found this… where is the bacon? I am not sure what I was charged because when I went to look for receipt I noticed that I didn’t have it. So I could not check what was I charged for since this sandwich was clearly not a baconator. I tried to call and no answer, it went to voice-mail and message box was full. I know that they do have a policy about of they do not give you a receipt. This was on Saturday Nov 7, 202 around 8pm.

I just got the worst excuse for a burger I’ve ever seen. Meat and bacon burnt to a crisp and they didn’t give me a receipt. I should have known why they didn’t give me a receipt. Stay away from this place.

Disgusting. This is the last time I’m buying anything from this wendys. The bread is soggy, they put one lettuce and one tomato and they are all soggy as well. This burger is miles away from looking like the advertisement. No wonder there is never a line at this wendys. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
