I definitely won’t be coming back here. These people really don’t know how to listen while taking a drive-through order. Either that or they don’t speak English well but then that means you should hire someone who does. I asked for no onions on two of my sandwiches and they go ahead and still put onions then I try ordering the cheesy cheddar burger which is part of the menu so I don’t understand why they don’t know that not even the manager so then I had to explain to them what it is and it’s such a simple explanation but they still didn’t get it and when they finally did they gave me a Dave’s single with cheese sauce so basically that was correct but it was supposed to be the small hamburger not a Dave’s and I was charged more for it and I should have known when I saw the price was a little high but didn’t make much of it because I spent already more than 10 minutes at the drive-thru and just wanted to leave but unfortunately by the time I left the area and checked my food I found out they gave me the big sandwich. Basically I was charged more for nothing and all because they don’t understand what a Cheesy cheddar burger is. These people need way better training but I’m actually only saying this so that nobody else experiences this cause I for one, will never be going back there again so I’m good.

I rarely write reviews…but this place is just consistently BAD. I work late and sometimes wanna grab a bite before going home. If you are going to be open late…I expect the same quality and taste…even late-night.
I ordered a single with cheese and the meat tasted like a piece of cardboard – dry and tasteless. And the fries…burnt, cold and tasted like oil…absolutely terrible.
I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt, going back even after similar experiences, but that’s it…I am done with this location – will not spend another dollar patronizing this Wendy’s location.

At 6:30 pm I ordered two potatoes. They cooked them fresh. They were delivered to my car by a MOVIE STAR. Great potatoes and excellent service. Not every location will cook them fresh for you and deliver with a smile!

I wonder who is behind the hiring process at these places. They hired non-English speakers to run the drive-through. You barely understand what they are saying, nor do they understand what you are ordering. Then, in the middle of the order, the guy gives an attitude because he does not understand the language and finishes talking to us in Spanish. If they want to hire non-English speakers, that’s great, but not to attend customers. English is the main language of this country. Being bilingual is an advantage, but to work in customer service in a country, you have to speak the native language as a bare minimum. It’s common sense… and also, lose the attitude.

I asked for no mustard on my burgers and still got mustard so I wasn’t able to eat them. The fries were OK just salty. My daughter did enjoy her nuggets and frosty. For the most part the store was empty so no real wait for the food. Even the drive through had no real wait. Probably won’t go again unless it’s for a frosty.

Customer service is OK. Everytime I visit they NEVER have fresh fries.
Some times I ask for fries with no salt to try to get them fresh but all they do is redrop the fries into the oil making them double fried and double gross. and some of them still have salt… Never ordering fries from this location again

I ordered thru the app to get my breakfast. Went thru the drive thru and told them my name and my food was ready for pick up. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Whenever I get a chance I order this sandwich because it’s just so freaking good. The hot juicy chicken with the honey biscuit all blended together is something amazing.

I would have rated this 0 stars if it were possible. Last Thursday morning I went there for breakfast, at about 6:45 am. They claim to open @ 6:30. Went to the drive-through & waited several minutes, & they turned the menu sign off. Waited about 10 more minutes, thinking they would eventually attend to me, but it never happened. Drove around to the front & looked through the window to see several people in the kitchen. Wound up going to McDonald’s. Don’t know what’s going on there, but never going for breakfast again.
