usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at Wendy’s was really disappointing. The food came out lukewarm, and the fries were stale as if they had been sitting out for a while. Service was slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or friendly. The dining area wasn’t very clean either — tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back.

Went the a lil after 1am, the Hispanic looking female at the window taking my order was so rude! She took my payment and slam the window closed without giving me a receipt. Even the skinny funny looking dread head giving my food was rude. I will never come this location again cause that was not called for. They are ghetto and rude I’m actually scared to eat my food. My fries are cold and there is this huge lettuce piece that doesn’t seem edible

At 6:45 am the server in the drive thru was very polite. I didn’t go inside but the parking lot was clean and well kept.

Management and employees needs to be reevaluated asap!. Went to this location with not a long line and was waiting at the Entercom for about 15min before ordering. Then when reach to pay for my food, I had to reverse back and forth at the pay window and to top it off my food was disgusting. Looks like someone eat piece and the whole burger rapping is grease and sloppy.

I give it one star, because this restaurant is awful. Attn managers and Wendy’s executives, this place really needs a fix. Always closed, and drive thru does not move at all. No coordination or teamwork here. !!!
Please do something, we do not like the restaurant to be closed one day because of these issues. We really enjoy the convenience and location of this restaurant.
