The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too….avoid this place. My food came out cold, lady at the front was super rude (management NEEDS have better training here) they charge for dipping sauces and they had no mayo.
I ended up throwing away my order……and that’s why one day robots will replace people, lol! Good luck!

I went around 11 am today 12/12/25 to this location expecting hot food. The fries were cold. My burger was cold and I didn’t get my BBQ sauce for my nuggets. Also why tell me to drive up to the second windows just to have me back up again behind the yellow pole for several minutes then have me drive up again? I also didn’t get a receipt with my order otherwise I would have took the survey.

Saturday at 2:20 in the afternoon we Waited forever for the food there was no one at the register to greet us for nearly 6 minutes.
Restaurant was filthy poor poor management.

This is the first time I have ever had such bad service at this location after the 30+ years of living in the area but when the response from the manager was as rude as it was, I have to speak out. After ordering breakfast, which I’ve done from this location in the past, something didn’t seem right about my coffee. After uncovering the coffee cup, I was shocked to see how translucent the coffee was after I had already pulled out of the drive thru. I quickly made a U-turn and showed the gentleman at the register who said that is how the coffee always looks. Knowing I wasn’t crazy, I went to the BK down the street and purchased just a cup of coffee to compare. I then returned to this Wendy’s to talk to the manager but before I can show her the same photos I posted here, her response was “what do you want me to do. I can’t help it if BK uses a different brand of coffee”. Completely HORRIBLE! I will try to see if I can get in contact with the store manager but that is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the window was on her phone for a good 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me. I had placed a mobile order and it wasn’t even ready like come on people. Would not recommend this place. These people hate their job and their customer service says it all.

Lines are wrapped around the entire building. My child fell asleep in the car which goes to tell you literally how long we been in drive thru,no kidding 28 mins. Then to wait another 10 minutes. Then, get to the window they messed up my order then to be told receipt machine not working.Needless to say Mgr.wants to reprimand employee at the window while I’m at the window there’s a place and location for that type of stuff.
