On May 9th 2023 at 12:35 pm. I wanted to place an order for a $6 biggie bag and the young lady who was taking my order was very rude. Saying “ what bag!”. I repeated 3 times “$6 biggie bag”. Once she took the time to actually hear what I was saying. She then seems frustrated after that while taking my order. I come to this Wendy’s a lot but I will no longer becoming there due to how employers there talk to customers. At the end of the day, we are all humans. Just because someone is having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to include everyone else in it.

Staff is very rude. They treat people like garbage. I would avoid this location as some of the employees there act like they are bitter, undrerpaid. It shows in the level of customer service rendwred. It’s almost as if they want to purposely ruin your mood and the redt of your day. I understand this behavior and deal with it accordingly.

Dont go here. They will rip you off. Drive thru cashier adds the frosty coupon book to your order without authorization. They got me a few times before i noticed. They will give it to you acting like its a free gift

I drove up to the speaker and said hello. Waited a couple of seconds and said hello again. That’s when I got yelled at through the speaker at 8:55 am. Some unhappy lady (unhappy with her job) yelled, “Señor me puede dar un minuto, God!” Which mean Give me a second, but in a bad way and yelling. I was shocked and a million things went through my head. It was obvious I couldn’t get my breakfast there anymore. Unless I was willing to have a side of their special ingredients. So, I drove forward to the window. Then, the unhappy creature closes the window and refuses to help me.
