I hate that I had to stop here as I was on a 12 hour drive. The customer service is horrible, Alejandra the drive through attendant has a horrible attitude and gives the worst service I have had. I don’t expect much from fast food workers but to hear her say “I’m about to cuss these people out tonight….” as I was receiving my food. She took my order with an attitude and then treated the person behind me the same way. She doesn’t need to be in customer service if she can’t control her temper.

the worst experience! i ordered 2 spicy chicken salads and chicken nuggets. when i got home i noticed everything was COMPLETELY RAW. i lost my appetite and felt sick from just looking at it. utterly disappointing and completely NOT OK. do better

I have not been to Wendy’s in a very long time. This location opened up not too long ago, and I had to check it out. The place was empty inside. It had a really nice seating area. One spot actually has a built-in electric fireplace. The service was fast and the food was good.

It is a good and cheap place to get a meal, this Wendy’s have really good ac so if you want to eat inside it is going to be a pleasure.
Cookie prices are a bit high though compared to other Wendy’s. I have to mention that the staff is friendly and they got my combo with extras really quickly, the place seems really clean.

Happy that they serve salads which are huge . Ten bucks but worth it. Cobb is a favorite also the fish sandwich is amazing! I like the freshness of this restaurant.

Pulled into the drive-thru since the lobby was closed and there were no other cars in line. Right away I was told to wait before ordering, which I did — but I ended up sitting there for over 5 minutes with no response at all. I tried saying “hello?” multiple times and still got nothing. I left without being able to order.
