Customer service pretty good. However, making my order correctly has been the issue. This is the third time I’ve been here and they can’t get my order right. All I asked for was a number six which is a spicy chicken sandwich. No tomatoes. Add cheese and extra onions and or heavy onions. Get back to the house. There’s no onions on my sandwich whatsoever. They am not driving back and this is the third time my order has been done incorrectly over the last 2-3 weeks

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated tonight warrants sharing my experience. On December 9th around 8:00 PM, I interacted with the woman working the cash register who identified herself as the manager, though she was not wearing a name tag.
I politely asked to use the restroom because my 4-year-old son urgently needed to go. Instead of responding professionally, she began yelling at me and accused me of not greeting her because of the color of her skin, which is completely false and deeply upsetting. I would never behave that way.
The situation escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and chose to leave, even though my son was looking forward to getting a Frosty. I did not want my child exposed to that kind of confrontation or treatment.
Unfortunately, this interaction cost the business a customer. No one should be spoken to or accused in that manner, especially in front of a child. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

I will never patronize this restaurant again. The lady taking the order asked if I wanted to try something that I didn’t understand, when I asked her to repeat what she said she rudely told me to place my order. I ordered 2 kids meal, one with a hamburger and the other with nuggets. When I got to the window I observed the server touching the fries and nuggets with her bare hands. I asked aren’t you supposed to be wearing gloves as mandated by the health department. She said she didn’t understand what I was saying. Another worker shoved a bag towards me i asked where are the toys and the fries? I was told that’s what you’re waiting for. At this Another woman who said that she was the manager asked for the bag back and for me to over and park because I was messing with their time. The staff were rude and very unprofessional
I told my grandchildren that we would have to find another restaurant for their after-school snack. With all the complaints I would think that corporate office would feel the need to step in for some customer service training as this affects their bottom line, just saying.

I just visited this Wendy’s location and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, the first employee immediately said “What?” in a rude tone. When I told her I wanted to look at the menu for a moment, she simply walked away.
After waiting about five minutes, another employee finally took my order, but she was also extremely unfriendly. They tried to charge me $6.41 for a 6‑piece chicken nuggets, and only after I questioned it did the price suddenly change to $3.41.
The attitude, the service, and the way they handled the pricing were unacceptable.
I will not be coming back to this location.

I came at this location already a couple times because is the nearest one by my house.. after this time i will not come back anymore.. my baconator was nasty and poorly made.. coke was not full .. costumer service was bad.. all the people here look mad about being at work.. should not hire people than doesn’t want to work and going to be treat people badly.. the girl yell to a lady because she didnt rush to get the order when the husband was in front of her waiting for the food.. as he tell her he was waiting for that order she didn’t even say sorry for be yelling for no reason.. I ask her to make my order she look annoyed and go call someone else than come to make the order.. I ask for a coke zero and they give me regular coke than then he change me not happy at all.. 28 dollars for two combo and didn’t want to give me one sauce i ask for because is 55 cents.. I think at this point i will make my order better im mc donalds or another fast food brand because the food is not good the costumer service either and the place have leaking from all the ceilings on the counter.. I can’t immagine the kitchen.. obviously my fault to really want that baconator.. last time ..

PLEASE LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE COFFEE DRINKS! I ordered the chocolate cold foam and received some very light-colored iced coffee with zero chocolate inside the cup. Manager could not locate the cold foam in the store. I had to walk inside the store and talk the manager through how to make the Chocolate Cold Foam coffee.
Seems like pure laziness to me. 9 out of 10 Wendy’s locations mess up the coffee drinks. Corporate needs to ensure that employees know how to make these.

Workers are rude, don’t like to be called out on their mistakes and have a nasty attitude. Canceled order when she tried to tell me I was the wrong who ordered wrong and was rude when asked to correct it.

Straight disrespectful the manager that served me tonight on top of waiting 15 min for my food in the drive-through. I was told to pull up 15 minutes later I pull back the manager on duty open the window with a straight attitude and tells me that I have to wait and slams the window. Now when the manager approaches my car to give me my food, he throws my food in the window and when I confronted him about what was the attitude for he told me that he was not having an attitude when clearly he was giving me an attitude out I give a zero star for this Wendy straight garbage.

I would not recommend visiting this location under any circumstances. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff asked me to pull forward because it affects their time for bonuses — even though there was nowhere to park. I had to drive around to find a spot, waited about 25 minutes, and when I finally returned to the window, they hadn’t even started my order. This is not only poor customer service but completely unethical behavior. If this is how they treat customers to manipulate their performance metrics, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

We grabbed a quick lunch at the local Wendy’s because we hadn’t been there in a long time and were in rush. We went thru the drive up and were greeted by a very sweet older lady who was very helpful and knew what she was doing.
We ordered the Hot Honey Chicken classic sandwich with fries. There were 2 other Hot Honeys labeled “Spicy” and “Grilled”. I can’t handle very spicy food so I ordered the “classic” thinking it would be the mildest. Oh no, my mouth was burning 1/2 way thru the sandwich and I couldn’t finish the rest of it. I drank half a bottle of water immediately. I did like the fried pickles though. The fries were cooked right but oversalted!! Wouldn’t you know it, the cookies tasted just right!
So it will probably be another few months before we go back. No real complaints here, everyone has their own likes and dislikes about food.
