Diana is such a sweet heart that she makes me want to go to Wendy’s instead of McDonald’s or Burger King. Honestly it’s such. Much better fast food restaurant ! I know I can’t be the only that that thinks this way?! I love the sugar cookie and I love how Diana is willing to heat them up for me she’s amazing & I love her for that !

Wendy’s closed in Hungary 23 years ago and I haven’t eaten there since. It was nice to taste these flavors again. They asked me what kind of sauce I want? Oh, is this your first time at Wendy’s? No, it’s been ¼ century since I last ate here! 😉

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been. The staff is so unmotivated, even a sloth seems more active than them. Then the food came not as ordered, some items (sauce) missing. And the the restaurant itself. Even the cockroaches would not come here, boy so dirty was it.

I was nearly about to come out after finishing a long call, I’ve been told I can’t park here with no clear reason for “parking.”. Despite me telling their managers to please have patience and have a good day, I get told off for giving her some kind advice for someone whom has work in fast food. I leave hungry and not a care in the word for people who just love to flap their gums on their 9 reason why they don’t need patience. Lady it’s WENDY’S, fast food makes you understand patience or you can get a better job that is more suited for you taste. They need to assests with their managers, poor customer service if I could give you no stars I would. Good luck an may God bless you.

Horrible customer service from the start. Their lobby was closed before the 3 AM closing time, so my friend and I decided to walk through the drive-thru, as it was our only option to place an order. The car in front of us ordered, and we immediately followed behind, going up to the speaker—but there was no answer. We waited about five minutes before two other cars pulled up and they received an immediate response from the person on the other side of the speaker. We ended up leaving without our orders and left with a lasting impression of poor customer service at this location.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any food establishment as I did here today. I came in at 10:22 AM on May 5th, 2019 but we thought the place was closed since there was no one inside but it was already past 9, which is when they opened. But when we walked inside, there was no one there. We walked up to the register and waited for 5 minutes, yelling if there was anyone there. No one responded even though we heard people in the back. They were just blatantly ignoring us even though the alarm was going off that someone came inside and we were yelling if there was anyone there. There were also no cars in the drive through so they had no customers or excuses. Terrible service and I would never return to this place or eat at another Wendy’s again. Hopefully those employees will be reprimanded for their actions and I want all of their names so that I can report them to corporate.

We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, then when we got our food it was even more disappointing, that was the saddest burger I’ve had in my entire life. Afterwards my stomach got sick. Terrible experience.

This Wendy’s location has improved a lot over the past few years as they have remodeled inside and outside also behind new, faster, and motivated employees.
You’ll still have some homeless stragglers coming around begging however they are more attentive and removing them from the restaurant so you can enjoy your experience.
I’ll see them at the words and see them getting better so I’m very proud to hear this review on their progress. Also the new pretzel bun burger is the bomb!

When i pulled up to order the lady was very rude and unwelcoming. Once I pulled around i seen her outside smoking a cigarette while i waited at the window. Then i also saw another worker grab fries that fell out the carton with his hands and put them back into the carton. The service was terrible and unprofessional. Will not come back again.
