I’ve come here all my life and placed an order through the mobile app made the line for drive thru & with alot of attitude told me get off the car and ring the doorbell thank you goodbye. Then made me get off the car to place the order through a window which they took 20 mins plus to make terrible experience

Every time I visit the Wendy’s drive thru, I like the food, but the service could use some improvement. Today, when I asked for artificial sweetener, the employee didn’t hear me and responded with, ‘The who? The who?’ And when I said thank you after receiving my order, I just got a blank stare. It would be great if they could work on their communication and attitude.
