Ff was fresh but I don’t eat them unless they are checkers so a waste and lack of translation
I have to place a 0of 0 cause I said no veggies no tomato no lettuce first thing I expressed after saying it twice again translation issues

The twins at this location have absolutely no positive customer service whatsoever. They need to train their staff on treating their customers better.

We never got to try the food or comment about the atmosphere because the nasty manager with a bad attitude refuse to serve us breakfast because she forgot to change the menu and we were only minutes pass the breakfast time, we ask for just coffee and she still refuse.
I DO NOT recommend this Wendy’s or have any future plans to visit this place or dealing with the bad witch of the South….!!!!

Order 6 nuggets 4 tenders they only give 2 sauces saying and there manger says 20 nuggets gets 2 sauce how cheap is the store manger tryn to be that math dont add up like do they want people to do tiny dips in the sauce no they want you to spend a extra .54 cents each sauce knowing you need more then 1 sauce they need to have a sign telling people the math for sauce b4 they sell the chicken as I would have not got anything period McDonald’s would give 2 sauce alone for 6 nuggets do not go to this Wendy’s go to McDonald’s around the corner

This Wendy’s dishes out Amazing customer service as well as delicious breakfast sandwiches and the best seasoned breakfast potatoes fries i have ever had. So please do your taste buds a flavor. You will continue coming back. When I asked where the Boss to show them my review the good looking gentleman stated “ YOUR THE BOSS SIR” that was a great answer.

The Cuban lady at the register taking my order was very rude and kept rushing me asking me what else and this and that I’m like hold on lady let me talk. Then she proceeds to act crazy when I ask her please not to do nothing to my drinks. And starts to tell her coworkers can they believe I would think that of her. She was talking in Spanish so I simply said mam I would appreciate it if you would tell your coworkers what happened after their done making my food. Super rude and the fries were cold and she gave me no receipt. I am calling Wendy’s corporate cause their phone doesn’t work. I am also calling immigration to check everyone’s papers there because there was no reason to shove my good at me with my daughter in the car.happened October 29th 2025 at 6;45 pm. I went here for a quick lunch. I like the burgers and chicken sandwiches without the bun. I also skip the french fries and drink diet coke or water. But these sandwiches were made without alot of sauce which is the way I like it… Eat the meat cheese and vegetables with a fork. Overall pretty good for the price. Also this is at a good spot right by the airport . I do recommend

I am a daily customer who likes to go during my lunch time , this is the best wendys fast service everytime in less then 4minutes my meal is done they even know my personal meal before I say it they will say it for me that is outstanding amazing customer service from every and each single employee that’s there at 12pm to 3 pm everyday when I go and i will continue to go because of how great the employees and managers are .
