⚠️Ordered food to go in app pick up in counter. Kept getting dirty looks from everybody behind the counter.I told them I was there to pick up an order all of a sudden.They rushed to throw things into a bag and hand it to me. Missing my kids meal called no answer . The food i did get tasted old n was cold. Will never go back. ⚠️ FOR EVERYBODY DO NOT GO HERE.FOOD IS NASTY.EMPLOYEES ARE JUST AS RUDE! ⚠️

It’s a Wendy’s. You’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Nothing special about this one. I will say, it is one of the cleaner ones I’ve been to and they have been pretty quick and efficient, which i always appreciate in a fast food spot.

Extremely disappointed in this Wendy’s location. My 3 daughters were excited to redeem their Wendy’s Book Club reward certificates for free nuggets and a Frosty, which they earned through their local library. The vouchers clearly state no purchase necessary — but the staff refused to honor them, saying the store manager now requires a purchase. My girls were embarrassed and turned away. This completely defeats the purpose of the Book Club. A total failure in customer service and community support. Do better, Wendy’s.

I order breakfast the 18th of November which is today and after I ate my food I was driving home I got a headache instantly I checked the bag for my receipt no receipt which is supposed to be given with your food get it together I got home my head was killing me and then I started throwing up Non-Stop I recommend you not go to this location their food is not safe it’s a hazard and there’s another one by the Walmart which is a little bit better if you live in the area I believe that this location just reheat the food over and over until it’s given because there should be no way that I can head against them and start going up like that and after I drop my stomach is still killing me fast food is starting to be dangerous it’s better to cook your own food I don’t even believe this is chicken

I’m a business women I was traveling back from Orlando to Miami and wanted to make a quick stop to eat a salad at Wendys. I like the Apple Pecan Salad with breaded chicken. I was very surprised on how nicely the staff greeted me. The environment they have there going is very collaborative, communicative and friendly between each other. Very very nice and good people working there. My breaded checking was really good and my salad fresh. I enjoyed this quick stop.

I observed Will handling my food with so much care, and speed, the energy that he exudes is very pleasant and welcoming, when he greeted me at the window with my food, he also extended the most genuinely respectful farewell. It almost didn’t feel like a food service, but a soul service. I will definitely be back. Wendy’s great job on this hire. His energetic approach and exchange alone will take your company higher

If I can give zero stars I would!! I walked 2 miles to get breakfast here and they refused to open the doors of the restaurant at 07:30 am and they were open for business. I was on foot so I couldn’t go through the drive through. The two girls working the shift absolutely did not care that they knew they were supposed to be open . It was cold outside and I wanted breakfast and the girl in the drive Through window shrugged her shoulders at me insinuating that she could care less about me calling corporate to report them for what they’re doing ..I will be calling corporate today to report this degenerate store with horrible customer service

Went to the drive thru to order and the guy yelled through the intercom GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER!!!!!!! I was very disgusted by that but I still ordered as I approached the window to pay he snatched my debit card from my hand and sucked his teeth. I tried to remain calm as he swiped my card. After I paid for my salad and lemonade he did not give me a receipt and he did not give me my drink I had to ask him for my drink. The entire staff had a bad attitude especially the cashier I will not be returning this is not the first bad experience I had with this store they do not know what it means to be professional
