Went in for a grilled chicken sandwich which they don’t have. Female working the cash register had attitude with my request. Ordered a chicken wrap with extra ranch (nothing more) instead. Wrap had 5 small pieces of chicken and little to no ranch sauce at all. TOO MANY OTHER PLACES TO EAT to put up with this.

First let me say I don’t really eat at fast-food restaurants that often, but with everything closing early lately I had few options. And secondly I rarely take the time to leave good reviews, mostly only bad. With that being said, this Wendy’s location is definitely one of the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to….
No matter what time of day it is whether I go there at noon for lunch, or 1 a.m. and they’re about to close, I’ve had a great experience. It doesn’t matter what shift or who’s working, every employee there has gone above and beyond to make my order perfect, and do it with a smile and kind words.
Not only are the employees awesome, but the food is perfect every single time no matter what I order. Check out the pictures of the bacon baked potato, and spicy chk sandwich I’ve included I’ve never seen something I could come out of a fast food drive-thru. I reluctantly went one night cuz there was nothing available, but I’ve been back a few times in the last couple weeks just for the great food and friendly service. Who ever is managing this restaurant definitely knows what they’re doing, and should be commended!

Food was Horrible an Lukewarm Manager redipped my Fries an Nuggets an stated that there oil was not changed an that she served me burnt food an no new food .messed up my whole order an expected me to eat that garbage. Sandwich was not new as well .just added ranch after not properly made. Never ever would I eat at this location. Manager with the braids is horrible

This particular Wendy’s restaurant was the Pitts. I went through the drive thru. I went to order my food and asked to have my French fries with no salt. The cashier, who was a guy, was very rude, saying WHAT, like he didn’t understand my request . I had to repeat my order again, asking him if there was a problem? Anyway, I paid for my food and proceeded to the next window to get my food. Well, not to my surprise, the French fries were not fresh, cold, with salt that I did not want. No worries, I will never visit that particular Wendy’s again. What a drag. Please train your workers to be professional and have a little class when dealing with the public. Take pride in your job..
