I wish I could give them zero stars. We picked up food on our way back from Key West, and the older Hispanic woman taking drive‑through orders was extremely rude. She didn’t understand our order, and when we asked about the rest of it, she began arguing, insisting we hadn’t ordered those items. When we said, “It’s okay—please just give them to us now,” she rudely told us to drive around and place the order again. She also never asked what kind of sauce we wanted, and she was rude to the customer ahead of us as well.

Lady at drive thru hardly spoke/understood english. Had black curly hair in my baconator fries, how disgusting . They should be wearing hair nets to keep their heair on their head not in my food.

Orded a large iced tea that apparently only comes in a medium cup as i was told, which didn’t have any ice in it. Got a frosty that had the cup covered in overflow so made everything sticky. The inside seems to need a good wash since it was loomy and kinda smelled.
