I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee named Rose, who works as a cashier at the Homestead location (3003 N.E. 8th St., Homestead, FL 33033).
My wife recognized her first, and I made it a point to observe how she handled herself professionally. I’ve worked in management in five-star hotels and now own a small business myself, so I understand what true professionalism looks like — and Rose absolutely has it.
She is very young, but she carries herself with confidence, warmth, and exceptional customer service skills. This goes beyond training. She has a natural gift for working with people, a great personality, and a positive presence that stands out immediately. I would hire her in a minute.
In today’s world, many large businesses overlook truly special employees. Upper management should recognize that they have someone rare on their team. Rose has leadership potential written all over her, and I sincerely believe she would make an excellent manager in the future.

Worse worse wendy’s in homestead fl. I went to buy something for my kid’s after school and they only give me 2 items out of 3 i try calling, there was never an answer. What kind of clowns they have working at this wendy’s. Probably animals would do the orders correct. I’m always having an issue with this wendy’s idk if is the employees or the managament

Horrible horrible they just need to close and be done with. This location stays messing up orders. Ordered Single with cheese, mustard, ketchup got home to open it up what do I see a Plain Chicken sandwich which i didn’t order. This wasn’t the first time they messed up my order. People when you order here make sure to check your order before leaving because then you will have to drive back to get it corrected. The girl at the window asked if i wanted a Frosty for my inconvenience I said NO. Like lets be for real they need to get better as a restaurant train your workers properly dang.

Went here on the night of 25th of Oct. I think this is the only Wendy’s I’ve been to that the food actually looks like the commercial . Not only does it look like the commercials it tastes amazing, I’d say better than most other Wendy’s I’ve been to. I’m actually shocked to see the reviews lower because this isn’t the first time I’ve went to this same Wendy’s and had delicious food that looked like the commercial. I wish I took pictures but it was too delicious .

I would say the worst Wendy’s ever. The place was filthy and the staff were just hanging around behind the counter kicking the bo bo. The food was normal Wendy’s so you know what to expect. They didn’t have any ice for the drinks. If you have time to lean then you have time to clean. The pictures are of the dining area.

I see why they don’t give receipts and say the printer is broken. They don’t want anyone having the tangible proof that their order was incorrect and probably don’t want the online survey reaching corporate. I ordered the apple pecan salad and upon arriving home and opening it I was soon disappointed to learn that there’s no blue cheese crumbles on it. Had someone communicated they were out,I would have made a different choice. But its sorry as heck it cant even be made right since I wasn’t even given a receipt. You think they’d take into consideration how close they are to the hospital and that their customers might really be going through a medically terrifying experience personally or a family member of theirs. Little inconveniences are a lot bigger to some for valid reasons…any job worth doing is worth doing right.
