Drive-thru used to be great. Now they have a foolish AI taking orders. It picks up everything in the car. You have to go through each meal, one by one. No longer can you deal with a human being; give me two #1s, one with a Dr. Pepper and one with sweet tea. Nope. One meal at a time. I want a person.
Either that, or contact Elon Musk; he seems to be working on better AI robots.

Service is great, cashiers are usually just very polite if a little shy. Food’s hit or miss, and even when it’s a hit it’s just barely okay. The cold brew is very gross, I wouldn’t advise trying your luck on it.

Really did not like this Wendy’s to be honest. They made you ask for straws napkins ketchup they were unwilling to give me some sauces that I recommended and it was super sad to know that the customer actually argued with me on the fact and turned out that she was actually super sad

I don’t know how much worse things are going to get. The baconator fries once again srunk in size and are $3.79. The small frosty is $2.50 and looks like a small water cup. One freestyle machine was out of order and the other was out of most drinks. The napkin dispensers were empty. I left and still no one bothered to stock the soda machine nor the napkin dispensers. The only thing good were the spicy chicken sandwiches 2 for $6 and that I was able to get the best parking space since no one was inside.

Last 3 days we stopped for frostys/food and every time the customer service of the young girls at the window was trash. Don’t know if they just don’t want to be there or what. Mumble at the speaker then just basically toss food out the window and I say thank you and they just turn and slam the little window. Spent about 50 bucks each time we went between all of us in the car.. If they worked in my cafe I’d fire them first glance I seen that.

Wendy’s should really invest in some customer service training. Yes it’s a fast food restaurant but you’d think they’d at least get your order right. I ordered the jalapeño chicken sandwich and got the plainest chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen. They didn’t even give my the right chicken. Just 2 pieces of dry bread the saddest pieces of lettuce and a literal DROP of mayo. Then they said they couldn’t give me a receipt because their machines don’t print anything so even if I wanted to waste my time and get it fixed they wouldn’t even be able to know what I actually order. There’s plenty of other places ti eat in that area go anywhere else instead.

I was having issues with my bank card and wasn’t able to place an order. I asked the manager if she had received an online order for a small frosty and she told me no. I briefly explained and she gave me the frosty for free. Great management. Made this Veteran’s afternoon. Thank you!

was my first time coming to this wendy’s and i enjoyed it a lot. got my food very fast, everything was perfect and freshly made. the cashier, Marilyn, was so sweet as well. the inside was really clean and looks so pretty inside. wish i lived closer so i could come to this wendy’s more than the one near me.

Worst experience on the drive thru the fella that worked on Jun 9 around 2pm was so rude ! He actually like he was deaf keep saying huh huh with a terrible attitude and yelled at the mic. he upcharged me for large drink and fries without even asking .
