Cashier provided great customer service. The food was average. Today my family and I dined in the inside dining area There is mold on the furniture in the dining area and on the bench seating on all furniture in restaurant. Very unsanitary and it concerned me as my elderly parents have respiratory issues. Visible Mold on wooden chairs, tables, and bench seating.

A Hidden Gem in Fast Food—Hollywood Blvd Wendy’s Deserves Its Flowers
I don’t usually write reviews, but this Wendy’s right across from the courthouse on Hollywood Blvd? Whole different level. The entire staff is on point—like, seriously impressive. I watched team members wash their hands consistently, the dining room was spotless, and the way they moved together? That’s some real team synergy.
As a construction company owner, I can only wish my crew had this kind of coordination. Makes you wanna take notes.
The food? Hot and fresh every single time. Customer service? Top tier. I’ll literally drive out of my way just to sit down and eat here, and I usually don’t even do dine-in. That’s how good the vibe is.
Whoever’s running this location—give ’em a raise, a bonus, something. Y’all doing it right.

After visiting a family member in the hospital, I expected at least decent service — but this was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had.
The drive-thru was chaotic and unprofessional. I ordered a Coke Zero, paid for it, and then was handed a fruit punch instead. When I asked about it, the employee actually laughed and told me that if I wanted Coke Zero, I should go inside myself — even though I specifically chose the drive-thru because I had my child in the car. They didn’t even bother to tell me they were out of Coke Zero before charging me.
The food was disgusting and poorly made: soggy fries, soggy bacon, and a burger that wasn’t even fully cooked. Not safe, not fresh, not edible. When I said “thank you,” the employee rolled her eyes and walked away like the whole thing was a joke.
I rarely come to this Wendy’s — and now I remember why. I would rather drive to the Hallandale Wendy’s than risk my time, money, and my child’s safety doing U-turns and dealing with rude treatment for food that isn’t even prepared correctly.
This location seriously needs better staff training and customer service standards. I will never be returning.

Came here for a quick bite, chicken wraps was cold as hell. Burgers were made sloppy, Forgot my fries had to go back for fries. Make sure you check your food before leaving this place. Nice workers but this place need some work.

am not surprised by all of the average reviews on here. We had a long day and were hungry. We thought we would be safe ordering a chicken classic sandwich. We decided to split it because of our diets. Thank goodness because it really didn’t taste good to me, like 3 days old oil was used to cook with. The fries were so-so. It did not taste like the Wendy’s Classic Chicken sandwich of a couple of years ago.
The service was ok and the cashier was nice. The ambiance is casual as we went thru the drive-thru. It was pouring rain, and we were anxious to get home.

I’m giving it four stars because I ordered 10 Chicken Nuggets and they gave them to me spicy, and I never said I wanted them spicy. So, after I’d already left, I had to go back and return them. That’s why I’m giving it four stars—because I wasted time.

The customer service was terrible. I ordered a 4 for 4 double stack meal without pickles. When I got my food, I was expecting fresh food. The only item that was fresh in my bag were the fries. After taking the semi-hard bun off my sandwich, I noticed this white residue on my sandwich. What is this and I’m not going to believe mayo because this sandwich doesn’t come with that.

When a customer is ordering food, and they’re going to have to wait for an item, they should be told BEFORE they pay so they can choose something else. People have places they need to be on time, and there is no room to pull over and wait when you have multiple cars waiting for their food.
