Today I placed an order through the Wendy’s mobile app in the parking lot. When I entered I went straight into the restroom to wash my hands. When I came out my food was ready “Fresh” and good. The restaurant was super clean and the workers were friendly. I totally recommend the Wendy’s at this location.

I don’t know what’s happening with Wendy’s but this specific visit was the worst in a while. Mediocre service, No ice in the machine, fountain soda warm, dried up chicken patties in the sandwiches, and now they’re charging for the sauces.

I go here for the biscuit and gravy but the gravy is loaded loadedddd in so much sausage that it’s basically sausage in gravy flavor. I sometimes have to ask for them to please give me less sausage and I have to pay for extra gravy to feel the gravy dipped biscuits and still this is me paying for more gravy! Bacon is extra hard sometimes the food is great and others it’s a total disappointment.

I went with my family buy some Wendy’s. Well it ended up being a pretty terrible outcome. We went through drive in the guy who spoke to us didn’t speak clear. We asked for sauce he didn’t give us any we used a coupon later we checked the receipt he didn’t apply it. It was $2 off salad discount. The host was Lazaro and the cashier Jeremy. Next time I won’t be coming here if this is how I’m being treated.
