This location is pretty much busy all the time and opens till 2 am during the week and 3 am on weekends, which is a good convenience for the community. Staff is nice, Havana-cuban style when approaching any customer’s complaint. I haven’t had any words with any of them other than taking order and paying for my food but food is good overall except when they tell you that they don’t have in stock what you’ve asked for.

The driver thru cashier had a straight up attitude when trying to place the order. She clearly got mad when she had to repeat herself only because she kept leaving out the extra fries. She assume we I wanted a coke drink didn’t even ask and when I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes I Dont care I got respect for fast food workers but this female here I would have to fight her. You can tell she didn’t want be there no smile or thank you NOTHING. And swear I wish I understood Spanish cause I know she was talking crap about us in Spanish. If you was you I WOULD STAY FAR THIS RESTAURANT. And the size of this frosty is sad and pathetic and the price of a meal and a frosty damn or $20. It ain’t worth it from now on. I will never go to a franchise Wendy’s ever again.

I 100% recommend this place. It’s fast and has excellent customer service. The manager, Yusely, is amazing! I’d never tried Wendy’s before, and my experience was excellent!

Ordered drive thru and couldn’t even eat my spicy chicken sandwich. The patty was hard as a rock, had a spoiled piece of lettuce and was missing the tomato. Side note: I also ordered chili and paid for extra cheese of course it wasn’t on there.

Came here after the Wendy’s on Hialeah gardens Blvd burned me with a watery pineapple Frosty, what a difference the frosty tasted excellent made a huge difference . Great service and properly made pineapple Frosty

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here for breakfast and my order was literally rock solid freezing cold like they just took it out the freezer and served it as is, I went back to get a “fresh” one and it seemed warm on the outside and when I bit into it, it was still cold!! Horrible experience. Never coming back to this location again

I’ve ordered from this Wendy’s multiple times through DoorDash, and almost every time, they forget to include the extra cheese sauces I paid for with my Baconator Fries. It might seem small, but when you’re paying extra, it adds up—and not getting what you paid for feels like you’re being ripped off.
It’s frustrating that something so simple keeps being overlooked. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their attention to detail with online orders.

Horrible customer service. Staff is to busy telling jokes and laughing and they don’t even look if there is a someone waiting or if there is a line. We literally had to scream “hello” for someone to look at us.
The salads are completely different than any other Wendy’s I have been to. There is practically no chicken, there were literally only 2 pieces from a full salad
