I put four stars for the food because nine out of 10 times that I get a sandwich. The bread doesn’t feel fresh and getting a little tough. The atmosphere and the service, the only person there out of the women that I have witnessed be nice and respectful is the manager aside from the manager as a Latina, I can say that every other woman there who is Latina has an attitude and makes you feel uncomfortable placing your order. My biggest issue in the main reason why I’m writing a review is because every single time I placed my order I I purposely choose the cheapest thing on the menu and every time I say small drink, they change it to medium and up charge me I have already wasted at least like seven dollars because all of the times that they gave me a medium when I asked for a small and I was too hungry and too stressed out with the day to argue or say something about it. And tonight, the one time I choose to politely say something about it, I believe it was the assistant manager, who got nasty with me and rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth and gave me attitude for asking why they keep voluntarily put medium Drink to upcharge me. I don’t even drink soda, I only get it because it comes with the order. I probably take three sips. Why would I want a bigger size I’m not going to drink just to pay a dollar more. It’s with literally everything, I order a small frosty. I ask for a small frosty. I get a medium. So please make sure that whenever you place an order at this Wendy’s and you want a small repeat it like three times. Because they will not ask you which size you want and they will always charge and give you a medium. I would hope that they can stop doing this because any other fast food restaurant that I go to they ask what size drink do you want? They don’t choose for you. So I would hope that they can start respecting and or asking sizes

They upgraded the single classic to a double without my concent. That is why I paid more. Not a friendly customer service but who gives. I was travelling and needed some food.

The lady working that night must have been off her meds. The way she was carrying on was unacceptable. I chose not to eat because I will not spend money with an establishment with horrible customer service. She was cussing and carrying on the entire time. She was rude when asked simple questions.. the young man who came to the windows needs a raise for dealing with her as a supervisor/shift leader because she talked crazy to the crew and customers. Her behavior made me sick to my stomach.

After the experience I had on Pembroke road i decided to go to this location! Customer service here was way much better!! I didn’t get my cashier’s name but she was super nice to me, and my dog !! She even gave my dog a treat! She made my experience a whole lot better than the other location, I will definitely come back here again!!

Good food but horrible customer service. The person don’t even say Hi , Good morning , nothing .. They take soooooo long to give you your order . I was the only one in the line and they take 15 minutes to have ready an order ( btw was just a regular breakfast meal ) they make me go back up my car meanwhile she was talking in Spanish with the other coworker… I’m not coming back again .

All stuff absolutely deliberately completely ignored paying customers! Owner needs to have a mystery shopping to find out whom you hired! Your business will run out soon guaranteed! I was going to spend a decent amount of money on a fast food joint but I would never come back due to these staff! Went to Danny’s right next door, much better service!!!

I was really hungry and had been standing in line for about 25 minutes — and there was only one person ahead of me the whole time. The staff just keep chatting in Spanish and taking care of their friends, while everyone else gets ignored.

Who would have thought I’d be reviewing a fast food chain? But honestly, it is a reoccurring problem with the night staff at this Wendy’s. With Claudia to be precise.
She is very dismissive, not hospitable and just straight up rude. This particular night, she asked for my husband’s payment without even telling him the price. As my husband asked her the price, she rudely handed him the receipt AFTER she already swiped his card. Didn’t say a word. Just passively aggressively handed him the receipt.
Our previous encounter with her, my husband asked her to repeat the order and she dismissed his request stating she got everything. Surprise surprise a whole sandwich was missing. Seeing as the restaurant lobby was closed, it left my husband knocking on the window until she came to it. She had the staff make the other sandwich but no apology. She made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. The rest of the food got cold waiting for the other sandwich.
With me being pregnant and having my cravings, my husband is reluctant to go to that location because of the less than pleasant encounters we’ve had. We both had jobs at restaurants before and understand that hospitality is key to good business
I understand everyone has off days, but every single time? Nah ma’am.
