Went thru drive thru Saturday around 6:40p. Ordered a chicken wrap and was told to pull up fresh chicken was being cooked. Wrap was not fresh and definitely not hot. Hubby ordered a single that was cold as was the fries. Totally not acceptable and will not return.

This location at the time of my visit was not too busy. The front staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a spicy chicken nugget meal with fries and a frosty.
It was very good with the exception of the spicy chicken nuggets weren’t cooked fully. Nor were they spicy. Not sure if they were just in a hurry or if that’s normal for there. Little disappointed in that particular product but that doesn’t take away from the excellent service I got. The restaurant dining was clean and inviting.

I’m glad they hired Antonio. He’s very friendly and gives excellent service. In the past the service at this location was poor. But with Antonio this location has improved significantly.

This restaurants service is atrocious. so sadly I will not be purchasing for this location anymore. My kids love the biggie meals but everytime I order from here items are missing there are no sauces and the last 2 orders included some random items I didn’t even order.

This Wendy’s is horrible the staff is rude and so unprofessional. If you don’t want to keep this dirty old restaurant up then just shut it down. You would not lose anything by closing this poor performing location. Your reputation would actually go up. You better hope they don’t mess up your order because they will act like you’re trying to rob the place just for asking for the order to be corrected wow!

Unacceptable, Wendy’s. Got my soda size order incorrect. Manager snatched the drinks out of my hand. Kid at the drive thru window gave me my cups. NOT EVEN FULL. I took a picture of the top, as proof that I haven’t even put my straw in.
Honestly, over it. The service here has gone downhill in the last year. The service is slow, the cashiers always have an attitude. I’ve even had several occasions when my order was wrong. On top if that, there is ALWAYS something wrong with their drive thru. Either the mics aren’t working, the intercom is always down. Today? The cashiers for the drive thru were down. Over it.
