Saw the reviews and as always it all depends on the day and time as well as the crew that is working. At least today is Tuesday April 8 ,2025 and was we got to the counter we were great rapidly order went in and it was done fast. Food taste good only draw back too much mayonnaise but things happen. The saloon needs remodel even though it was clean but walls have scratches and mix match chairs. The employee that took our order checks that the areas are clean and it order but once again needs a facelift. Tables are rough and scratch look as if they are there since it open.

The absolute worst service and wait times at this location that I’ve ever experienced in my life anywhere. A minimum of 15 minutes every single time WITHOUT any other customers in front of me, usually 20 minutes plus AND it seems impossible for any of the employees there to get the simplest of orders correct. Everyone should be fired and it seems like nothing has changed even after the recent remodel. I’d give zero stars if possible, completely horrendous.

These are not croutons, this is the chicken they gave us in 2 different salads. Completely inedible and a waste of money. Had us pull up and wait for this as well which is crazy. How you can see this and serve it in not one but two salads is just unreal to me.

Understandably the restaurant is under construction, but the drive-through is still open. They did not have any dipping sauces available, the food we received was lukewarm at Best. We asked for ketchup and we’re handed ketchup packets covered in an unknown sticky substance. If you’re gonna keep your drive-through open, at least try to serve some type of quality food and at least clean ketchup packets that don’t leave a sticky residue all over your hands, when there’s no access to a sink to wash your hands. The meal of misfortune was really a meal of sticky disappointment….

I understand you’re trying to save on labor but it’s never going to replace a human being sorry. Someone still had to get on the intercom because you’re stupid AI doesn’t know how to swap out a drink I asked for two honest juices and it kept trying to give me orange juice after the fifth time of me repeating myself finally somebody got on and finished my order correctly as it should be.
Get rid of this stupid crap. Other than that everything else was great except for that.

Monday, had the luck of ordering food made by a very good shift of motivater workers. First Wendy’s triple stack burger I’ve had that was actually wrapped with care, it looked like the ad and tasted even better. Restaurant is definitely old, and on need of a remodel. Although what is there is clean and well kept. When they do remodel I hope they keep the open floor plan. To much clutter makes other restaurants seem crowded, this place has a bright and cheerful atmosphere.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I decides to grab a late night bite at 11:30, I knew the store had just finished their upgrade but man it didn’t do squat. Got a double stack biggie bag and that food WAS NOT FRESH. I SWEAR IT WAS SITTING OUT FOR A FEW HOURS, but I ate it anyways because I spent money. Woke up at 4am the next day with a stomach virus. Had me throwing up every other minute and I had to call out of work. Wendys can upgrade to a store with AI taking orders but cant get fresh food. I know it’s a fast food joint but I shouldn’t be sick afterwards. Don’t eat here if you value your stomach and health

Wendy’s should not allow this. Bad service. Bad food. Staff makes you feel like you are messing up their day just by arriving. I can’t believe how long it took to get my food considering a) I ordered online but they forgot to make it and b) how slapped together it looked. Some items were cold. All items were somehow dried out. The person working the front ignored customers that walked in them walked over to the register saying nothing. Just.. okay.. so we order now?
I asked for a straw. The man said nothing. I was not a human. I didn’t know if he was going to get one or not. He came back but I’m not sure it was for me because he hesitated when I reached out for it.
This was a disastrous visit. But at least the food was awful.
